Surah An-Nur (Roshni) ek Madani Surah hai aur iska nuzool Madinah mein us waqt hua jab Islami maashra (society) mazboot ho raha tha aur gharon ki privacy aur haya ke usoolon ki zaroorat thi. Haalat-o-Waqiyat ke mutabiq yeh Surah Waqia-e-Ifk (Hazrat Aisha رَضِيَ اَللّٰهُ عَنْهَا par lagnay wala jhoota ilzam) ke pas-manzar mein nazil hui, jahan Allah ne unki pakeezgi ka elaan farmaya aur maashre mein jhooti afwahain phelane walon ki sakht mazammat ki. Is Surah ka Markazi Theme 'Iffat-o-Ismat' (purity and chastity) aur 'Gharelu Zindagi ke Adab' hai. Iska naam 'An-Nur' Allah ki us azim nishani 'Ayat-un-Nur' par rakha gaya hai jismein Allah ne apni hidayat ko ek chiragh ki misaal se bayan kiya hai jo poori kainaat ko roshan karta hai. Ahkam ke hawale se yeh Surah nihayat ahem hai: ismein Zina aur Qazf (kisi par jhoota ilzam lagana) ki sazaein muqarrar ki gayi hain. Iske ilawa, dusron ke gharon mein dakhil hone se pehle ijazat lene (Iztizan) ke usool, mard aur aurat ko apni nazrein neechi rakhne, aur auraton ke liye Hijab (chadar aur zeenat chupane) ke ehkaam diye gaye hain. Ismein nek mardon aur nek auraton ke aapas mein nikaah ki targheeb bhi di gayi hai taake maashra burai se pak rahe.
Surah 24 : 0
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Allah ke Naam se, jo bada Meherbaan, Nihayat Reham waala hai.
Yeh mubarak ayat har achhe kaam ki ibtida mein padhi jati hai, taake us kaam mein Allah Ta'ala ki barkat aur madad shamil ho. Is mein Allah ke do azeem sifati naam Ar-Rahman aur Ar-Rahim bayan kiye gaye hain. Ar-Rahman us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat tamam makhlooq ke liye aam hai, chahe woh momin ho ya kafir. Jabke Ar-Rahim us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat khaas taur par sirf momineen ke liye hai, khaas kar Aakhirat mein. Is tarah, Bismillah kehne se hum Allah ki wasee rehmat aur uski khaas shafqat dono ka iqrar karte hain, aur uski panah aur madad talab karte hain.
Surah 24 : 1
سُوْرَةٌ اَنْزَلْنٰهَا وَ فَرَضْنٰهَا وَ اَنْزَلْنَا فِیْهَاۤ اٰیٰتٍۭ بَیِّنٰتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُوْنَ
Yeh ek Surah hai jise humne nazil kiya hai aur iske ahkamat farz kiye hain, aur ismein humne roshan nishaniyan utari hain taake tum naseehat haasil karo.
Yeh mubarak Surah, Surah An-Nur, Allah Ta'ala ne nazil farmayi hai aur iske ahkamat ko musalmanon par farz kiya hai. Is Surah ka ibtedai hissa muasharti taharat aur iffat ke bunyadi usoolon ko wazeh karta hai. Allah Ta'ala ne ismein aisi roshan nishaniyan aur wazeh ahkamat utare hain taake log unse naseehat haasil karein aur apni zindagi ko Islami qanoon ke mutabiq dhal lein. Is Surah mein zina, qazaf (bohtan), aur parde jaise ahem masail par tafseeli ahkamat diye gaye hain, jo ek paak saaf aur ba-izzat muashre ki bunyad hain. In ahkamat ka maqsad sirf saza dena nahi, balkay fawahish ko rokna aur logon ko gunahon se bachana hai.
Surah 24 : 2
اَلزَّانِیَةُ وَ الزَّانِیْ فَاجْلِدُوْا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَّ لَا تَاْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَاْفَةٌ فِیْ دِیْنِ اللّٰهِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَ لْیَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
Zina karne wali aur zina karne wala, un mein se har ek ko sau (100) kode maro. Aur tumhe Allah ke deen mein un par hargiz taras na aaye, agar tum Allah aur Qayamat ke din par imaan rakhte ho. Aur unki saza ko momineen ki ek jamaat ko dekhna chahiye.
Is ayat mein zina ki hadd bayan ki gayi hai, jo ghair-shadi shuda (unmarried) zani aur zaniya ke liye sau kode hain. Shadi shuda ke liye rajam (stoning) ka hukm hai jo Sunnat se sabit hai. Allah Ta'ala ne hukm diya hai ke is saza mein koi narmi na ki jaye, kyunke yeh Allah ka qanoon hai aur iska maqsad muashre ko fawahish se paak rakhna hai. Saza ke waqt musalmanon ki ek jamaat ka maujood hona zaroori hai taake logon ko ibrat ho aur woh aise gunah se bachen. Isse deen ki azmat aur ahkamat ki pabandi ka izhar hota hai. Yeh saza gunah ki shiddat aur muashre par uske manfi asraat ko numaya karti hai.
Surah 24 : 3
اَلزَّانِیْ لَا یَنْكِحُ اِلَّا زَانِیَةً اَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَّ الزَّانِیَةُ لَا یَنْكِحُهَاۤ اِلَّا زَانٍ اَوْ مُشْرِكٌ وَ حُرِّمَ ذٰلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
Zina karne wala mard nikah nahi karta magar zina karne wali aurat se ya mushrika se. Aur zina karne wali aurat se nikah nahi karta magar zina karne wala mard ya mushrik. Aur yeh momineen par haraam kar diya gaya hai.
Is ayat mein zina karne walon ke nikah ke mutalliq ahkam bayan kiye gaye hain. Allah Ta'ala ne wazeh farmaya hai ke ek paak saaf momin mard ya aurat ke liye jaiz nahi ke woh kisi aise shakhs se nikah kare jisne tauba na ki ho aur woh musalsal zina ka irtikab karta ho. Zani mard ya to zaniya aurat se nikah karta hai ya mushrika se, aur isi tarah zaniya aurat ya to zani mard se nikah karti hai ya mushrik se. Momineen par aise logon se nikah karna haraam hai jo apni gunahgari par qaim hon. Iska maqsad Islami muashre mein paak damani, iffat aur haya ko farogh dena hai. Yeh hukm is baat ki taraf ishara karta hai ke nikah ka rishta paak saaf logon ke darmiyan hona chahiye taake naslon ki paakizgi barqarar rahe.
Surah 24 : 4
وَ الَّذِیْنَ یَرْمُوْنَ الْمُحْصَنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ یَاْتُوْا بِاَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَاجْلِدُوْهُمْ ثَمٰنِیْنَ جَلْدَةً وَّ لَا تَقْبَلُوْا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً اَبَدًا وَ اُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْفٰسِقُوْنَ
Aur jo log paak daman auraton par tohmat lagayen, phir chaar gawah na layen, to unhein assi (80) kode maro. Aur unki gawahi kabhi qabool na karo. Aur yahi log fasiq hain.
Is ayat mein qazaf yani paak daman auraton par zina ki tohmat lagane walon ki saza bayan ki gayi hai. Agar koi shakhs kisi paak daman aurat par zina ka ilzam lagaye aur uske saboot mein chaar (4) gawah pesh na kar sake, to usay assi (80) kode mare jayenge. Iske sath hi uski gawahi kabhi qabool nahi ki jayegi, chahe woh kisi bhi mamle mein ho. Aise log Allah ke nazdeek fasiq qaraar diye gaye hain, kyunke unhone ek bade gunah ka irtikab kiya aur muashre mein badgumani phailayi. Is hukm ka maqsad logon ki izzat aur aabroo ki hifazat karna hai aur muashre ko be-bunyad ilzamat se bachana hai.
Surah 24 : 5
اِلَّا الَّذِیْنَ تَابُوْا مِنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَ وَ اَصْلَحُوْا فَإِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ
Siwaye un logon ke jo iske baad tauba kar lein aur apni islah kar lein, to beshak Allah bakhshne wala, nihayat meherban hai.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat mein bayan ki gayi qazaf ki saza ke baad tauba aur islah ki gunjaish ko wazeh karti hai. Agar koi shakhs tohmat lagane ke baad sachche dil se tauba kar le aur apni islah kar le, yani apne amal ko durust kar le aur aainda aise gunah se bache, to Allah Ta'ala usay maaf farma deta hai. Allah Ta'ala Ghafoor-ur-Raheem hai, woh apne bandon ki tauba qabool karta hai aur un par reham farmata hai. Albattah, aksar ulama ke nazdeek gawahi ki na-qabooliyat ka hukm tauba ke baad bhi baqi rehta hai, jab tak ke woh shakhs apni islah ka saboot na de. Tauba se akhirat ki pakar maaf ho sakti hai, lekin dunya mein saza aur gawahi ki na-qabooliyat ka mamla mukhtalif hai.
Surah 24 : 6
وَ الَّذِیْنَ یَرْمُوْنَ اَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَ لَمْ یَكُنْ لَّهُمْ شُهَدَآءُ اِلَّاۤ اَنْفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ اَحَدِهِمْ اَرْبَعُ شَهٰدٰتٍۭ بِاللّٰهِ اِنَّهٗ لَمِنَ الصّٰدِقِیْنَ
Aur jo log apni biwiyon par tohmat lagayen aur unke paas apne siwa koi gawah na ho, to unmein se har ek ki gawahi yeh hai ke woh Allah ki qasam kha kar chaar martaba kahe ke woh saccha hai.
Yeh ayat un shoharon ke liye hai jo apni biwiyon par zina ki tohmat lagate hain, lekin unke paas apne siwa koi gawah nahi hota. Islam mein zina ki tohmat (qazaf) ek sangeen jurm hai aur iske liye chaar gawahon ki zaroorat hoti hai. Lekin, agar shohar ke paas gawah na hon, to woh Li'an ka tareeqa ikhtiyar kar sakta hai. Is soorat mein, shohar ko Allah ki qasam kha kar chaar martaba gawahi deni hoti hai ke woh apni biwi par lagayi gayi tohmat mein saccha hai. Yeh tareeqa shohar ke izzat-o-naamoos aur biwi ke paakdamani ke darmiyan ek islami hal hai. Li'an ka maqsad yeh hai ke shohar apni baat par qayam rahe aur biwi ko bhi apni safai pesh karne ka mauqa mile.
Surah 24 : 7
وَ الْخَامِسَةُ اَنَّ لَعْنَتَ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْهِ اِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْكٰذِبِیْنَ
Aur paanchwi baar (kahe) ke us par Allah ki laanat ho agar woh jhooton mein se hai.
Pichli ayat mein shohar ki chaar gawahi ka zikr tha. Is ayat mein paanchwi gawahi ka hukm bayan kiya gaya hai. Jab shohar chaar martaba Allah ki qasam kha kar apni sacchai ka izhar kar le, to paanchwi baar usay yeh kehna hota hai ke agar woh apni biwi par tohmat lagane mein jhoota ho, to us par Allah ki laanat ho. Yeh paanchwi gawahi mamle ki sangeeni aur Allah ke azab ka khauf paida karti hai. Is se shohar par mazeed dabao padta hai ke woh sirf sacchai bayan kare. Agar woh jhoota hai, to us par Allah ki laanat wajib ho jati hai, jo duniya aur akhirat mein uski ruswai ka sabab banegi. Yeh hukm is baat ki daleel hai ke Islam mein izzat aur paakdamani ki kitni ahmiyat hai.
Surah 24 : 8
وَ یَدْرَؤُا عَنْهَا الْعَذَابَ اَنْ تَشْهَدَ اَرْبَعَ شَهٰدٰتٍۭ بِاللّٰهِ اِنَّهٗ لَمِنَ الْكٰذِبِیْنَ
Aur aurat se azaab tab tal jayega jab woh Allah ki qasam kha kar chaar martaba gawahi de ke uska shohar jhooton mein se hai.
Jab shohar Li'an ke zariye apni biwi par tohmat lagata hai aur apni sacchai ki qasam khata hai, to biwi ko bhi apna difa karne ka haq hasil hai. Is ayat mein bayan kiya gaya hai ke aurat se zina ki hadd (azaab) tab tal jayegi jab woh bhi Allah ki qasam kha kar chaar martaba gawahi de ke uska shohar apni tohmat mein jhoota hai. Yeh aurat ko apni be-gunahi sabit karne ka mauqa faraham karta hai. Agar aurat yeh gawahi na de, to us par zina ki hadd lagoo ho sakti hai. Is tareeqe se, dono fareeqon ko Allah ke samne apni baat rakhne ka mauqa milta hai, aur faisla Allah par chhod diya jata hai. Yeh islami adl-o-insaf ka ek behtareen namoona hai.
Surah 24 : 9
وَ الْخَامِسَةَ اَنَّ غَضَبَ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْهَاۤ اِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِیْنَ
Aur paanchwi baar (kahe) ke us par Allah ka ghazab ho agar uska shohar sacchon mein se hai.
Pichli ayat mein aurat ki chaar gawahi ka zikr tha. Is ayat mein aurat ki paanchwi gawahi ka hukm bayan kiya gaya hai. Jab aurat chaar martaba Allah ki qasam kha kar yeh keh de ke uska shohar jhoota hai, to paanchwi baar usay yeh kehna hota hai ke agar uska shohar apni tohmat mein saccha ho, to us par Allah ka ghazab ho. Yeh paanchwi gawahi mamle ki sangeeni aur Allah ke ghazab ka khauf paida karti hai. Is se aurat par mazeed dabao padta hai ke woh sirf sacchai bayan kare. Agar woh jhooti hai, to us par Allah ka ghazab wajib ho jata hai, jo duniya aur akhirat mein uski ruswai ka sabab banegi. Yeh hukm is baat ki daleel hai ke Islam mein izzat aur paakdamani ki kitni ahmiyat hai.
Surah 24 : 10
وَ لَوْ لَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَتُهٗ وَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِیْمٌ
Aur agar tum par Allah ka fazal aur uski rehmat na hoti aur yeh ke Allah tauba qabool karne wala, hikmat wala hai (to tum mushkil mein pad jate).
Yeh ayat Li'an ke ahkamat ke ikhtitam par Allah Ta'ala ke fazal, rehmat aur uski sifaton ka zikr karti hai. Allah Ta'ala farmata hai ke agar tum par uska fazal aur rehmat na hoti, aur woh tauba qabool karne wala aur hikmat wala na hota, to tum Li'an jaise mushkil mamlat mein shadeed pareshaniyon ka shikar ho jate. Allah ka fazal yeh hai ke usne aise sangeen mamlat ke liye ek asaan aur adlana hal (Li'an) faraham kiya. Uski rehmat yeh hai ke usne bandon ko gunahon se bachne aur tauba karne ka mauqa diya. Woh Tawwab (tauba qabool karne wala) hai, jo gunahgaron ki tauba qabool karta hai, aur Hakeem (hikmat wala) hai, jiske har hukm mein behtareen hikmat aur maslehat posheeda hoti hai.
Surah 24 : 11
اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ جَآءُوْ بِالْاِفْكِ عُصْبَةٌ مِّنْكُمْ لَا تَحْسَبُوْهُ شَرًّا لَّكُمْ بَلْ هُوَ خَیْرٌ لَّكُمْ لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ مَّا اكْتَسَبَ مِنَ الْاِثْمِ وَ الَّذِیْ تَوَلّٰى كِبْرَهٗ مِنْهُمْ لَهٗ عَذَابٌ عَظِیْمٌ
Beshak jin logon ne yeh bohtaan ghara hai, woh tumhi mein se ek giroh hain. Tum isko apne liye bura na samjho, balki yeh tumhare liye behtar hai. Un mein se har shakhs ke liye woh gunah hai jo usne kamaya, aur jisne iske bade hisse ka bojh uthaya uske liye bada azab hai.
Yeh ayat waqia-e-ifk (Hazrat Aisha R.A. par lagaye gaye bohtaan) ke mutalliq nazil hui. Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya ke jin logon ne yeh bohtaan tarasha hai, woh tumhi mein se ek chhota sa giroh hai. Mominon ko tasalli di gayi ke is waqiye ko apne liye bura na samjhein, balki yeh unke liye behtar hai. Is waqiye ne munafiqeen ko zahir kiya aur momineen ke darjaat buland kiye. Hazrat Aisha R.A. ki be-gunahi ka elaan hua aur unki shaan mein mazeed izafa hua.
Har us shakhs ko uske gunah ka badla milega jisne is bohtaan mein hissa liya. Aur jis shakhs ne is fitne ki sarparasti ki aur isko phailane mein sab se zyada kirdar ada kiya, uske liye Allah ke paas bada azab tayyar hai. Is se maloom hota hai ke kisi par jhooti tohmat lagana aur usay phailana Allah ke nazdeek kitna bada gunah hai.
Surah 24 : 12
لَوْ لَاۤ اِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوْهُ ظَنَّ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنٰتُ بِاَنْفُسِهِمْ خَیْرًا وَّ قَالُوْا هٰذَاۤ اِفْكٌ مُّبِیْنٌ
Jab tumne isko suna tha to momin mardon aur momin aurton ne apne haq mein achha guman kyun na kiya aur kyun na kaha ke yeh to khula bohtaan hai?
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne momin mardon aur aurton ko tanbeeh ki hai ke jab unhone Hazrat Aisha R.A. par lagaya gaya bohtaan suna tha, to unhein chahiye tha ke woh apne bhaiyon aur behnon ke bare mein achha guman rakhte. Khaas taur par jab baat Nabi Akram (PBUH) ki zauja-e-mutahhara ke mutalliq ho, to unhein fauran isko khula jhoot aur bohtaan qarar dena chahiye tha.
Yeh ayat sikhlaati hai ke ek momin ka farz hai ke woh doosre momin ke liye husn-e-zan rakhe, aur jab kisi par koi tohmat lage to uski be-gunahi ka guman kare jab tak ke saaf daleel na ho. Is waqiye mein, jahan Hazrat Aisha R.A. jaisi paak-daman hasti par ilzam laga, wahan to sab se pehle iski tardeed karni chahiye thi. Is se samajh aata hai ke gossip aur afwahon ko baghair tehqeeq ke phailana kitna ghalat hai.
Surah 24 : 13
لَوْ لَا جَآءُوْ عَلَیْهِ بِاَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَاِذْ لَمْ یَاْتُوْا بِالشُّهَدَآءِ فَاُولٰٓئِكَ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ هُمُ الْكٰذِبُوْنَ
Woh is par chaar gawah kyun na laaye? Phir jab woh gawah nahi laaye to Allah ke nazdeek wohi jhootay hain.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne zina ki tohmat lagane walon ke liye ek bunyadi shart bayan ki hai. Farmaya ke jin logon ne Hazrat Aisha R.A. par yeh bohtaan lagaya, unhein chahiye tha ke woh is par chaar gawah pesh karte. Islam mein zina ki tohmat sabit karne ke liye chaar aise gawahon ka hona zaroori hai jinhon ne apni aankhon se waqia dekha ho.
Jab woh chaar gawah nahi la sake, to Allah ke nazdeek wohi log jhootay saabit hue. Is hukm ka maqsad logon ki izzat aur aabroo ki hifazat karna hai. Is se maloom hota hai ke Islam mein kisi par badkari ka ilzam lagana kitna sangeen jurm hai aur iske liye kitni sakht shart rakhi gayi hai. Jo shakhs gawah pesh na kar sake, usay qazf (tohmat lagane) ki saza di jaati hai.
Surah 24 : 14
وَ لَوْ لَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَتُهٗ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَ الْاٰخِرَةِ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِیْ مَاۤ اَفَضْتُمْ فِیْهِ عَذَابٌ عَظِیْمٌ
Aur agar tum par duniya aur akhirat mein Allah ka fazl aur uski rehmat na hoti to jis baat mein tum uljhe hue the uski wajah se tumhein zaroor bada azab pakad leta.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala apni be-inteha rehmat aur fazl ka zikr farma rahe hain. Farmaya ke agar tum par duniya aur akhirat mein Allah ka fazl aur uski rehmat na hoti, to jis bohtaan aur afwah mein tum log uljhe hue the, uski wajah se tumhein zaroor ek bada azab aa pakadta. Yeh un logon ke liye ek tanbeeh hai jinhon ne is bohtaan ko suna aur usay aage phailane mein hissa liya, chahe woh jaan boojh kar ho ya ghaflat mein.
Is ayat se yeh baat wazeh hoti hai ke Allah Ta'ala ki rehmat aur uski bakhshish hi hai jisne musalmanon ko is sangeen gunah ke fori aur shadeed azab se bachaya. Is waqiye ki shiddat aur is mein shaamil hone walon ke liye azab ki dhamki se is baat ki ahmiyat samjhi ja sakti hai ke kisi ki izzat par hamla karna Allah ke nazdeek kitna bada jurm hai, aur Allah ka fazl hi hai jo hamari khataon ko maaf karta hai.
Surah 24 : 15
اِذْ تَلَقَّوْنَهٗ بِاَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَ تَقُوْلُوْنَ بِاَفْوَاهِكُمْ مَّا لَیْسَ لَكُمْ بِهٖ عِلْمٌ وَّ تَحْسَبُوْنَهٗ هَیِّنًا وَّ هُوَ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ عَظِیْمٌ
Jab tum usko apni zubanon se ek doosre se sunte the aur apne munh se woh baat kehte the jiska tumhein koi ilm na tha, aur tum usko mamooli samajhte the, halanke Allah ke nazdeek woh bahut badi baat thi.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala un logon ko sarzanish kar rahe hain jinhon ne bohtaan ki afwah ko baghair kisi tehqeeq ke apni zubanon se suna aur phir aage phailaya. Woh aisi baat keh rahe the jiska unhein koi ilm nahi tha, aur woh isko mamooli baat samajh rahe the. Halanke, Allah ke nazdeek yeh ek bahut badi aur sangeen baat thi.
Yeh ayat hamein sikhlaati hai ke kisi bhi khabar, khaas taur par jab woh kisi ki izzat aur aabroo se mutalliq ho, usay baghair tehqeeq ke aage phailana kitna bada gunah hai. Log aksar afwahon ko halke mein lete hain, lekin Allah ke nazdeek aisi baaton ke sangeen nataij hote hain. Is se zaban ke ghalat istemal ki muzammat hoti hai aur har baat ko soch samajh kar bolne ki talqeen ki jaati hai.
Surah 24 : 16
وَ لَوْ لَاۤ اِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوْهُ قُلْتُمْ مَّا یَكُوْنُ لَنَاۤ اَنْ نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهٰذَا سُبْحٰنَكَ هٰذَا بُهْتَانٌ عَظِیْمٌ
Aur jab tum ne isko suna tha to kyun na kaha ke humein is bare mein baat karna laiq nahi. Allah pak hai, yeh to ek bohtan azeem hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala musalmanon ko naseehat farma rahe hain ke jab unhone Hazrat Ayesha (R.A.) par lagaye gaye bohtan (Ifk) ko suna, to unhein chahiye tha ke woh fauran iski tardeed karte. Unhein kehna chahiye tha ke "Humein is bare mein baat karna laiq nahi, Allah pak hai, yeh to ek bohtan azeem hai." Yeh is baat ki taraf ishara hai ke jab kisi momin par koi jhoota ilzam lagaya jaye, to uski turant mukhalfat karni chahiye aur usay qatai taur par rad kar dena chahiye. Is tarah ke bohtan ko sun kar khamosh rehna ya usay aage phailana bhi gunah hai. Allah Ta'ala ki pakizgi ka zikr kar ke is baat par zor diya gaya hai ke Allah ke bandon par aise ghinone ilzamat lagana Allah ki shaan ke khilaf hai.
Sahih Muslim mein hai ke Nabi Akram (SAW) ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs apne bhai ki izzat ki hifazat karta hai, Allah Ta'ala Qayamat ke din uske chehre se aag ko door rakhega."
Surah 24 : 17
یَعِظُكُمُ اللّٰهُ اَنْ تَعُوْدُوْا لِمِثْلِهٖۤ اَبَدًا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِیْنَ
Allah tumhein naseehat karta hai ke tum kabhi dobara aisi harkat na karna, agar tum momin ho.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala mominon ko sakhti se naseehat farma rahe hain ke woh kabhi dobara aisi harkat na karein jaisi ke bohtan tarashi aur fahashi phailane mein shamil hue. Yeh naseehat is baat par mabni hai ke agar woh waqai Allah par aur Qayamat ke din par imaan rakhte hain, to unhein aisi buri baton se mukammal taur par parhez karna chahiye. Is waqiye se sabak sikhana maqsood hai ke musalmanon ko ek doosre ki izzat aur aabru ka khayal rakhna chahiye aur kisi bhi qism ki badgumani ya jhooti khabar ko aage phailane se gurez karna chahiye. Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se yeh ek shadeed tanbeeh hai taake mustaqbil mein aise waqiyat se bacha ja sake aur musalman muashre mein aman aur itminan qaim rahe.
Surah 24 : 18
وَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمُ الْاٰیٰتِ وَ اللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌ حَكِیْمٌ
Aur Allah tumhare liye ayatein wazeh karta hai, aur Allah sab kuch janne wala, hikmat wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke woh tumhare liye ayatein wazeh karta hai. Yani Allah Ta'ala apne ahkamat, hudood aur naseehaton ko khol kar bayan karta hai taake log hidayat hasil karein aur gumrahi se bachein. Pichli ayaton mein jo waqiyat aur ahkamat bayan hue, woh sab Allah ki taraf se wazahat hain. Iske baad farmaya gaya ke "Aur Allah sab kuch janne wala, hikmat wala hai." Iska matlab hai ke Allah Ta'ala har cheez ka ilm rakhta hai, usay maloom hai ke kaun kya karta hai aur kiski niyat kya hai. Uska har faisla aur har hukm hikmat par mabni hota hai, chahe insaan uski hikmat ko samajh paye ya na paye. Uske ilm aur hikmat ka taqaza hai ke woh apne bandon ko sahih raah dikhaye aur unhein buraiyon se roke.
Surah 24 : 19
اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ تَشِیْعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِی الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَ الْاٰخِرَةِ وَ اللّٰهُ یَعْلَمُ وَ اَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
Beshak jo log chahte hain ke imaan walon mein fahashi phailay, unke liye duniya aur akhirat mein dardnak azab hai. Aur Allah janta hai aur tum nahi jante.
Yeh ayat un logon ke liye ek shadeed tanbeeh hai jo musalmanon mein fahashi aur badkari phailane ki khwahish rakhte hain. Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya hai ke aise logon ke liye duniya aur akhirat dono mein dardnak azab hai. Duniya mein unhein ruswai, badnami aur qanooni saza ka samna karna pad sakta hai, jabke akhirat mein unke liye jahannam ka azab tayyar hai. Fahashi sirf zina tak mehdood nahi, balki jhoote ilzamat lagana, badgumani phailana aur logon ki izzat uchhalna bhi is mein shamil hai. Is ayat mein is baat par zor diya gaya hai ke musalman muashre mein pakeezgi aur haya ko farogh dena chahiye. Akhir mein farmaya gaya ke "Allah janta hai aur tum nahi jante." Iska matlab hai ke Allah Ta'ala logon ki niyaton aur unke chhupay hue maqasid ko khoob janta hai, jabke insaan sirf zahiri halat ko dekhta hai. Isliye, Allah ke ahkamat ki pairwi mein hi asal kamyabi hai.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A.) se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah (SAW) ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs kisi musalman ki parda poshi karega, Allah Ta'ala duniya aur akhirat mein uski parda poshi karega." (Sahih Muslim)
Surah 24 : 20
وَ لَوْ لَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَتُهٗ وَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ رَءُوْفٌ رَّحِیْمٌ
Aur agar tum par Allah ka fazal aur uski rehmat na hoti, aur beshak Allah nihayat shafqat wala, meherban hai (to tum tabah ho jate).
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala apne bandon par apne fazal aur rehmat ka zikr kar rahe hain. Farmaya gaya ke agar tum par Allah ka fazal aur uski rehmat na hoti, to tum bohtan ke waqiye mein ki gayi ghaltiyon ki wajah se shadeed azab ka shikar ho jate. Allah Ta'ala ki rehmat hi hai jisne tumhein tauba aur islah ka mauqa diya. Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ke do sifati namon ka zikr hai: "Ra'oof" (nihayat shafqat wala) aur "Raheem" (nihayat meherban). Yeh sifat is baat ki daleel hain ke Allah Ta'ala apne bandon se be-panah mohabbat karta hai aur un par reham farmata hai. Woh unki ghaltiyon ko maaf karta hai aur unhein hidayat ki taraf bulata hai. Isliye, musalmanon ko chahiye ke woh Allah ke fazal aur rehmat ko hamesha yaad rakhein aur uske shukr guzar banein, aur uski nafarmani se bachein.
Surah 24 : 21
یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تَتَّبِعُوْا خُطُوٰتِ الشَّیْطٰنِ وَ مَنْ یَّتَّبِعْ خُطُوٰتِ الشَّیْطٰنِ فَاِنَّهٗ یَاْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَآءِ وَ الْمُنْكَرِ وَ لَوْ لَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَتُهٗ مَا زَكٰى مِنْكُمْ مِّنْ اَحَدٍ اَبَدًا وَّ لٰكِنَّ اللّٰهَ یُزَكِّیْ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَ اللّٰهُ سَمِیْعٌ عَلِیْمٌ
Aye imaan walo! Shaitan ke qadmon par na chalo. Aur jo shaitan ke qadmon par chalega to yaqeenan woh fahashi aur buri baton ka hukm deta hai. Aur agar tum par Allah ka fazl aur uski rehmat na hoti to tum mein se koi kabhi paak na ho pata, lekin Allah jise chahta hai paak karta hai. Aur Allah sab kuch sunne wala, sab kuch janne wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala imaan walon ko shaitan ke naqsh-e-qadam par chalne se mana farma rahe hain. Shaitan insaan ko hamesha burai aur fahashi ki taraf bulata hai. Jo shakhs uski pairwi karta hai, woh gunahon aur na-pasandeeda kaamon mein mubtala ho jata hai. Shaitan ka maqsad hi insaan ko seedhi raah se bhatkana hai.
Allah Ta'ala mazeed farmate hain ke agar tum par Allah ka fazl aur uski rehmat na hoti, to tum mein se koi bhi kabhi paak na ho pata. Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke insaan apni zaat se gunahon se paak nahi ho sakta, balki yeh Allah ki rehmat aur uski taufeeq hi hai jo usay paaki aur pakeezgi ki taraf le jati hai. Allah jise chahta hai paak karta hai, aur woh har baat sunne wala aur har cheez janne wala hai. Isliye, har haal mein Allah se madad talab karni chahiye taake shaitani waswason se bacha ja sake.
Surah 24 : 22
وَ لَا یَاْتَلِ اُولُوا الْفَضْلِ مِنْكُمْ وَ السَّعَةِ اَنْ یُّؤْتُوْۤا اُولِی الْقُرْبٰى وَ الْمَسٰكِیْنَ وَ الْمُهٰجِرِیْنَ فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰهِ وَ لْیَعْفُوْا وَ لْیَصْفَحُوْا اَلَا تُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ یَّغْفِرَ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ وَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ
Aur tum mein se jo fazl aur kushadgi wale hain, woh qasam na khaein ke rishtedaron, miskeeno aur Allah ki raah mein hijrat karne walon ko kuch na denge. Balki unhein maaf kar dena chahiye aur darguzar karna chahiye. Kya tum nahi chahte ke Allah tumhein maaf kar de? Aur Allah bahut bakhshne wala, nihayat meherban hai.
Yeh ayat khas taur par waqia-e-ifk (Hazrat Aisha R.A. par tohmat) ke baad nazil hui thi. Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq R.A. ne qasam kha li thi ke woh Misṭaḥ bin Uthatha R.A. ko, jo unke rishtedar aur faqeer the aur is tohmat mein shareek the, ab kabhi kuch nahi denge. Is par Allah Ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmai.
Allah Ta'ala ne fazl aur kushadgi walon ko hukm diya ke woh apne rishtedaron, miskeeno aur Allah ki raah mein hijrat karne walon ko dena band na karein, chahe unse koi khata hi kyun na sarzad hui ho. Balki unhein chahiye ke maaf kar dein aur darguzar karein. Allah Ta'ala ne unhein is baat ki taraf mutawajjeh kiya ke kya woh nahi chahte ke Allah unhein maaf kar de? Jab insaan doosron ko maaf karta hai, to Allah bhi usay maaf karta hai. Beshak Allah Ta'ala bahut bakhshne wala aur nihayat meherban hai. Is ayat mein maafi aur ehsaan ki fazeelat ko wazeh kiya gaya hai.
Surah 24 : 23
اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَرْمُوْنَ الْمُحْصَنٰتِ الْغٰفِلٰتِ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ لُعِنُوْا فِی الدُّنْیَا وَ الْاٰخِرَةِ وَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِیْمٌ
Beshak jo log paak-daman, bekhabar, imaan wali aurton par tohmat lagate hain, un par duniya aur akhirat mein laanat ki gayi hai, aur unke liye bahut bada azab hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne paak-daman, bekhabar aur imaan wali aurton par tohmat lagane walon ke liye shadeed waeed bayan ki hai. 'Muhsanat' se murad woh aurtein hain jo paak-daman aur sharif hon, aur 'ghaafilaat' se murad woh aurtein hain jo aise bure kaamon se bekhabar hon aur unka gumaan bhi na rakhti hon. 'Mominat' se murad woh aurtein hain jo Allah par aur uske Rasool par imaan rakhti hon.
Aisi aurton par zina ki tohmat lagana ek bahut bada gunah hai. Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya ke aise logon par duniya aur akhirat mein laanat ki gayi hai, aur unke liye bahut bada azab hai. Yeh ayat bhi waqia-e-ifk ke silsile mein nazil hui thi, jahan Hazrat Aisha R.A. par tohmat lagai gai thi. Is se maloom hota hai ke kisi bhi musalman ki izzat par hamla karna, khaas taur par paak-daman aurton par tohmat lagana, Allah ke nazdeek kitna sangeen jurm hai.
Surah 24 : 24
یَّوْمَ تَشْهَدُ عَلَیْهِمْ اَلْسِنَتُهُمْ وَ اَیْدِیْهِمْ وَ اَرْجُلُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوْا یَعْمَلُوْنَ
Jis din unke khilaf unki zabaanein, unke haath aur unke paon gawaahi denge un sab kaamon ki jo woh karte the.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat mein bayan kiye gaye azab ki tafseel bayan karti hai. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke qayamat ke din, jab tohmat lagane walon ko unke aamaal ka hisab diya jayega, to unki apni zabaanein, unke haath aur unke paon unke khilaf gawaahi denge. Woh har us kaam ki gawaahi denge jo unhone duniya mein kiya tha.
Yeh manzar insaan ke liye nihayat khaufnak hoga, jab uske apne azaa uske khilaf bol uthenge. Woh kisi cheez se inkar nahi kar payega, kyunke uske apne jism ke hisse uske gunahon ko zahir kar denge. Is se maloom hota hai ke Allah Ta'ala har cheez par qadir hain aur koi bhi amal, chahe woh kitna hi posheeda kyun na ho, qayamat ke din chhupa nahi rahega. Yeh ayat insaan ko apne aamaal par gaur karne aur gunahon se bachne ki talqeen karti hai.
Surah 24 : 25
یَوْمَئِذٍ یُّوَفِّیْهِمُ اللّٰهُ دِیْنَهُمُ الْحَقَّ وَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِیْنُ
Us din Allah unhein unka pura haqeeqi badla dega, aur woh jaan lenge ke beshak Allah hi haq hai, khula hua haq.
Is ayat mein qayamat ke din ki ek aur haqqeeqat bayan ki gai hai. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke us din woh unhein unka pura haqeeqi badla dega. Yani, unke har amal ka, chahe woh achha ho ya bura, mukammal aur adl par mabni badla diya jayega. Koi bhi haq mara nahi jayega aur na hi kisi par zulm hoga.
Aur us din woh log jaan lenge ke beshak Allah hi haq hai, khula hua haq. Duniya mein shayad woh Allah ki qudrat, uske wajood aur uske adl par shaq karte hon ya uski nishaniyon ko nazar andaz karte hon, lekin qayamat ke din jab haqeeqat unke samne khul kar aa jayegi, to unhein yaqeen ho jayega ke Allah hi haq hai aur uski har baat sach hai. Us waqt unhein apne ghalat aqaid aur aamaal ki haqqeeqat bhi samajh aa jayegi. Yeh ayat Allah ke adl aur uski haqqaniyat par zor deti hai.
Surah 24 : 26
اَلْخَبِیْثٰتُ لِلْخَبِیْثِیْنَ وَ الْخَبِیْثُوْنَ لِلْخَبِیْثٰتِ وَ الطَّیِّبٰتُ لِلطَّیِّبِیْنَ وَ الطَّیِّبُوْنَ لِلطَّیِّبٰتِ اُولٰٓئِكَ مُبَرَّءُوْنَ مِمَّا یَقُوْلُوْنَ لَهُمْ مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَّ رِزْقٌ كَرِیْمٌ
Gandi auratein gande mardon ke liye hain aur gande mard gandi auraton ke liye. Aur pakeeza auratein pakeeza mardon ke liye hain aur pakeeza mard pakeeza auraton ke liye. Yeh log un baton se paak hain jo woh kehte hain. Unke liye maghfirat aur izzat wala rizq hai.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala ne insani fitrat aur kirdar ke mutabiq logon ke jodon ki wazahat ki hai. Farmaya gaya hai ke gandi auratein gande mardon ke liye hain aur gande mard gandi auraton ke liye. Isi tarah, pakeeza auratein pakeeza mardon ke liye hain aur pakeeza mard pakeeza auraton ke liye. Yeh usool sirf jism ya zaahir tak mehdood nahi, balkay aamal, aqwaal aur ikhlaq par bhi mushtamil hai.
Is Ayah ka nazool khas taur par Hadith-e-Ifk (Hazrat Aisha R.A. par lagai gayi tohmat) ke silsile mein hua. Allah Ta'ala ne is ayat ke zariye Hazrat Aisha (R.A.) aur Hazrat Safwan (R.A.) ki pakeezgi ka elaan farmaya aur un par tohmat lagane walon ko ganda qarar diya. Allah ne un pakeeza logon ko un tohmaton se bari kiya aur unke liye maghfirat aur behtareen rizq ka waada farmaya hai. Is se yeh bhi maloom hota hai ke acche log acche logon ko pasand karte hain aur bure log bure logon ko.
Surah 24 : 27
یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تَدْخُلُوْا بُیُوْتًا غَیْرَ بُیُوْتِكُمْ حَتّٰى تَسْتَاْنِسُوْا وَ تُسَلِّمُوْا عَلٰۤى اَهْلِهَا ذٰلِكُمْ خَیْرٌ لَّكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُوْنَ
Aye imaan walo! Apne gharon ke siwa doosre gharon mein dakhil na ho jab tak ke tum ijazat na le lo aur unke rehne walon ko salam na kar lo. Yeh tumhare liye behtar hai taake tum naseehat haasil karo.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala ne musalmanon ko doosron ke gharon mein dakhil hone ke bunyadi aadab sikhaye hain. Hukm diya gaya hai ke apne gharon ke ilawa kisi doosre ke ghar mein ijazat liye baghair dakhil na hon. Ijazat lene ka tareeqa yeh hai ke pehle ghar walon ko salam kiya jaye, phir dakhil hone ki ijazat talab ki jaye.
Is hukm ka maqsad ghar walon ki privacy, izzat aur aman ka khayal rakhna hai. Is se unki razamandi shamil hoti hai aur fitnon se bachao hota hai. Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya: "Ijazat mangna nazar ki wajah se hai." (Sahih Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Isti'zan, Hadees 6241). Yani ghar ke andar jhankne aur be-pardagi se bachne ke liye ijazat talab ki jati hai. Yeh tareeqa tumhare liye behtar hai taake tum paak saaf raho aur muasharti adab ko barqarar rakho.
Surah 24 : 28
فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَجِدُوْا فِیْهَاۤ اَحَدًا فَلَا تَدْخُلُوْهَا حَتّٰى یُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ وَ اِنْ قِیْلَ لَكُمُ ارْجِعُوْا فَارْجِعُوْا هُوَ اَزْكٰى لَكُمْ وَ اللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ عَلِیْمٌ
Phir agar tum wahan kisi ko na pao to us mein dakhil na ho jab tak ke tumhe ijazat na di jaye. Aur agar tumse kaha jaye ke wapas chale jao to wapas chale jao, yeh tumhare liye zyada pakeezgi ka baais hai. Aur Allah khoob jaanta hai jo tum karte ho.
Yeh Ayah pichli Ayah mein bayan kiye gaye dakhool ke adab ki mazeed tafseel hai. Agar koi shakhs kisi ghar mein ijazat talab kare aur wahan koi maujood na ho ya koi jawab na mile, to usay ghar mein dakhil nahi hona chahiye. Jab tak ke use wazeh ijazat na mil jaye. Aur agar ghar walon ki taraf se wapas jane ka hukm mile, to foran wapas laut jana chahiye.
Is mein kisi qism ki narazgi ya takabbur ka izhar nahi karna chahiye. Yeh amal tumhare liye roohani aur akhlaqi aitbar se zyada pakeezgi ka baais hai, kyunke is mein doosron ki privacy aur unke ikhtiyar ka ehtiram hai. Allah Ta'ala tumhare tamam zahiri aur batini aamal se bakhabar hai. Is liye har kaam mein Allah ka khauf aur uski raza ko mad-e-nazar rakhna chahiye taake muasharti aman aur adab qaim rahe.
Surah 24 : 29
لَیْسَ عَلَیْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ اَنْ تَدْخُلُوْا بُیُوْتًا غَیْرَ مَسْكُوْنَةٍ فِیْهَا مَتَاعٌ لَّكُمْ وَ اللّٰهُ یَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُوْنَ وَ مَا تَكْتُمُوْنَ
Tum par koi gunah nahi agar tum aise gharon mein dakhil ho jo ghair abaad hon aur jin mein tumhara koi faayda (matta) ho. Aur Allah jaanta hai jo tum zahir karte ho aur jo tum chupaate ho.
Is Ayah mein pichli Ayaton mein bayan kiye gaye dakhool ke adab se ek istisna (exception) bayan kiya gaya hai. Farmaya gaya hai ke aise ghair-abaad gharon mein dakhil hone mein koi harj nahi jin mein tumhara koi faayda ya samaan ho. Misal ke taur par, musafir khane, dukanen, ya aise makanat jo aam logon ke istemal ke liye hon aur un mein kisi ki zaati rihaish na ho.
Aise maqamat par ijazat talab karna zaroori nahi hota kyunke woh aam logon ki khidmat ke liye banaye gaye hote hain aur un mein kisi ki zaati privacy ka masla nahi hota. Lekin is ke bawajood, niyyat ka saaf hona zaroori hai. Allah Ta'ala tumhare zahiri aur batini tamam aamal se waqif hai. Is liye har kaam mein Allah ka khauf aur uski raza ko mad-e-nazar rakhna chahiye taake koi galat irada shamil na ho.
Surah 24 : 30
قُلْ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ یَغُضُّوْا مِنْ اَبْصَارِهِمْ وَ یَحْفَظُوْا فُرُوْجَهُمْ ذٰلِكَ اَزْكٰى لَهُمْ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِیْرٌۢ بِمَا یَصْنَعُوْنَ
(Aye Nabi!) Momin mardon se keh do ke woh apni nazron ko neecha rakhen aur apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karen. Yeh unke liye zyada pakeezgi ka baais hai. Beshak Allah khoob jaanta hai jo kuch woh karte hain.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala ne imaan walon mardon ko nazar neechi rakhne aur apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karne ka hukm diya hai. Nazar neechi rakhne se murad yeh hai ke ghair-mehram auraton ko shahwat ki nazar se na dekha jaye aur un cheezon se apni nazron ko bachaya jaye jinhe dekhna Islam mein mana hai. Sharmgahon ki hifazat se murad zina aur haram kaamon se bachna hai.
Yeh dono ahkamat insani akhlaq aur muasharti pakeezgi ke liye nihayat zaroori hain. Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya: "Nazar Iblees ke teeron mein se ek teer hai, jis shakhs ne Allah ke khauf se use chhod diya, Allah usay imaan ki mithas ata karega." (Musnad Ahmad). Yeh amal insaan ke dil aur rooh ko paak karta hai aur gunahon se bachata hai. Allah Ta'ala har us cheez se bakhabar hai jo log karte hain, is liye har amal mein uski raza aur khauf ko pesh-e-nazar rakhna chahiye.
Surah 24 : 31
وَ قُلْ لِّلْمُؤْمِنٰتِ یَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ اَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَ یَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوْجَهُنَّ وَ لَا یُبْدِیْنَ زِیْنَتَهُنَّ اِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَ لْیَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلٰى جُیُوْبِهِنَّ وَ لَا یُبْدِیْنَ زِیْنَتَهُنَّ اِلَّا لِبُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ اَوْ اٰبَآئِهِنَّ اَوْ اٰبَآءِ بُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ اَوْ اَبْنَآئِهِنَّ اَوْ اَبْنَآءِ بُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ اَوْ اِخْوَانِهِنَّ اَوْ بَنِیْۤ اِخْوَانِهِنَّ اَوْ بَنِیْۤ اَخَوٰتِهِنَّ اَوْ نِسَآئِهِنَّ اَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ اَیْمَانُهُنَّ اَوِ التّٰبِعِیْنَ غَیْرِ اُولِی الْاِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ اَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِیْنَ لَمْ یَظْهَرُوْا عَلٰى عَوْرٰتِ النِّسَآءِ وَ لَا یَضْرِبْنَ بِاَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِیُعْلَمَ مَا یُخْفِیْنَ مِنْ زِیْنَتِهِنَّ وَ تُوْبُوْۤا اِلَى اللّٰهِ جَمِیْعًا اَیُّهَ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
Aur Momin Aurton se keh do ke apni nigahen neechi rakhen aur apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karen aur apni zeenat zahir na karen siwaye uske jo khud ba khud zahir ho jaye, aur apne dupatte apne seenon par daal len, aur apni zeenat zahir na karen siwaye apne shauharon ke, ya apne baapon ke, ya apne shauharon ke baapon ke, ya apne beton ke, ya apne shauharon ke beton ke, ya apne bhaiyon ke, ya apne bhaiyon ke beton ke, ya apni behnon ke beton ke, ya apni aurton ke, ya apni milkiyat ke ghulamon ke, ya un khadimon ke jo aurton se koi gharz na rakhte hon, ya un bachchon ke jo aurton ki parda ki baaton se waqif na hon. Aur apne paon zameen par na patken taake unki posheeda zeenat maloom ho. Aur tum sab Allah ki taraf tauba karo, ae Mominon, taake tum kamyab ho jao.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne Momin aurton ko haya aur paakdamani ikhtiyar karne ka hukm diya hai. Sab se pehle unhen apni nigahen neechi rakhne aur apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karne ka irshad farmaya gaya hai, jaisa ke mardon ko bhi pehle yahi hukm diya gaya tha. Iske baad unhen apni zeenat ko zahir na karne ki hidayat di gayi hai, siwaye uske jo khud ba khud zahir ho jaye, maslan chehra aur hatheliyan, jiske bare mein ulama mein ikhtilaf hai.
Mazeed, aurton ko hukm diya gaya hai ke woh apne dupattay (khumar) apne seenon par daal len taake unke gale aur seenay dhake rahen. Zeenat zahir karne ki ijazat sirf chand mahram rishtedaron ke samne hai, jin mein shauhar, baap, shauhar ke baap, bete, shauhar ke bete, bhai, bhaiyon ke bete, behnon ke bete, apni aurten (Musalman aurten), ghulam aur woh bachche shamil hain jo aurton ki parda ki baaton se waqif na hon.
Akhir mein, aurton ko apne paon zameen par patakne se mana kiya gaya hai taake unki posheeda zeenat, maslan payal ki awaz, maloom na ho. Ayat ka ikhtitam sab Mominon ko Allah ki taraf tauba karne ki targheeb se hota hai taake woh kamyab ho saken. Yeh ahkamat mua'ashre mein paakdamani aur haya ko farogh dene ke liye hain.
Surah 24 : 32
وَ اَنْكِحُوا الْاَیَامٰى مِنْكُمْ وَ الصّٰلِحِیْنَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَ اِمَآئِكُمْ اِنْ یَّكُوْنُوْا فُقَرَآءَ یُغْنِهِمُ اللّٰهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهٖ وَ اللّٰهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِیْمٌ
Aur tum mein se be-nikah logon ka nikah karwa do, aur apne naik ghulamon aur laundiyon ka bhi. Agar woh ghareeb honge to Allah unhen apne fazal se ghani kar dega. Aur Allah badi wus'at wala, sab kuch janne wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne nikah ki targheeb di hai aur uski ahmiyat ko wazeh kiya hai. Musalmanon ko hukm diya gaya hai ke woh apne be-nikah mardon aur aurton ka nikah karwa den. Is mein woh log shamil hain jinke paas shadi ke liye koi rishta na ho ya jo abhi tak shadi na kar paye hon. Iske sath hi, apne naik ghulamon aur laundiyon ke nikah ka bhi hukm diya gaya hai, taake woh bhi paakdamani ki zindagi guzar saken.
Allah Ta'ala ne is baat ki bhi wazahat farmai hai ke agar nikah karne wale ghareeb hon to Allah unhen apne fazal se ghani kar dega. Yeh is baat par yaqeen dilata hai ke nikah rizq mein barkat ka sabab banta hai aur Allah apni wus'at aur ilm ke mutabiq bandon ki zarooriyat poori karta hai. Is se maloom hota hai ke ghurbat nikah mein rukawat nahi honi chahiye.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A) se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah (S.A.W) ne farmaya: "Teen qism ke log hain jin ki madad Allah par wajib hai: (1) Woh ghulam jo aazadi ke liye mu'ahida kare aur usko poora karna chahe, (2) Woh nikah karne wala jo paakdamani chahe, aur (3) Allah ki raah mein jihad karne wala." (Sunan Tirmidhi: 1655)
Surah 24 : 33
وَ لْیَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِیْنَ لَا یَجِدُوْنَ نِكَاحًا حَتّٰى یُغْنِیَهُمُ اللّٰهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهٖ وَ الَّذِیْنَ یَبْتَغُوْنَ الْكِتٰبَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ اَیْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوْهُمْ اِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِیْهِمْ خَیْرًا وَّ اٰتُوْهُمْ مِّنْ مَّالِ اللّٰهِ الَّذِیْۤ اٰتٰىكُمْ وَ لَا تُكْرِهُوْا فَتَیٰتِكُمْ عَلَى الْبِغَآءِ اِنْ اَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًا لِّتَبْتَغُوْا عَرَضَ الْحَیٰوةِ الدُّنْیَا وَ مَنْ یُّكْرِهْهُّنَّ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ اِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ
Aur jo log nikah ki taaqat na rakhte hon, woh paakdamani ikhtiyar karen jab tak ke Allah unhen apne fazal se ghani na kar de. Aur tumhari milkiyat mein se jo ghulam aazadi ka mu'ahida (kitabat) chahen, to unse mu'ahida kar lo agar tum un mein bhalai dekho. Aur unhen Allah ke us maal mein se do jo usne tumhe diya hai. Aur apni laundiyon ko badkari par majboor na karo agar woh paakdamani chahti hon, taake tum dunyawi zindagi ka thoda sa faida hasil karo. Aur jo unhen majboor karega, to beshak Allah unke majboor kiye jane ke baad (un aurton ke liye) bahut bakhshne wala, nihayat meharban hai.
Is ayat mein teen ahem ahkamat bayan kiye gaye hain. Pehla hukm un logon ke liye hai jo nikah ki taaqat nahi rakhte. Unhen hidayat di gayi hai ke woh paakdamani ikhtiyar karen aur sabr se kaam len jab tak ke Allah unhen apne fazal se ghani na kar de. Iska matlab hai ke haram se bachen aur halal rizq aur nikah ke asbab ki talash mein rahen.
Doosra hukm ghulamon ki aazadi se mutalliq hai. Agar tumhare ghulam aazadi ka mu'ahida (kitabat) karna chahen aur tum un mein bhalai dekho, yaani woh mehnat karke apni qeemat ada karne ki salahiyat rakhte hon, to unse mu'ahida kar lo. Aur unhen Allah ke us maal mein se do jo usne tumhe diya hai, yaani unki aazadi mein madad karo, chahe woh zakat ke maal se ho ya kisi aur tareeqe se.
Teesra aur nihayat ahem hukm yeh hai ke apni laundiyon ko badkari par majboor na karo, khaas taur par jab woh paakdamani chahti hon. Yeh dunyawi faide ke liye insani izzat aur haya ko bechne ki sakht muzammat hai. Jo koi unhen majboor karega, to Allah un majboor aurton ke liye bakhshne wala aur meharban hai, yaani un par koi gunah nahi hoga aur Allah unhen maaf farma dega.
Surah 24 : 34
وَ لَقَدْ اَنْزَلْنَاۤ اِلَیْكُمْ اٰیٰتٍ مُّبَیِّنٰتٍ وَّ مَثَلًا مِّنَ الَّذِیْنَ خَلَوْا مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَ مَوْعِظَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَ
Aur beshak humne tumhari taraf roshan ayaten nazil ki hain, aur un logon ki misalen jo tumse pehle guzar chuke hain, aur muttaqiyon ke liye naseehat.
Is mukhtasir ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne Quran Majeed ki azmat aur uske maqasid ko bayan kiya hai. Allah farmata hai ke usne logon ki taraf roshan aur wazeh ayaten nazil ki hain. Yeh ayaten haq aur batil ke darmiyan farq ko wazeh karti hain, hidayat aur gumrahi ke raston ko numayan karti hain, aur zindagi ke har shobay mein rehnumai faraham karti hain.
Iske sath hi, Allah ne guzishta ummaton ki misalen bhi bayan ki hain. Yeh misalen un logon ke anjam ko zahir karti hain jinhon ne Allah ke ahkamat ki nafarmani ki aur un logon ke liye ibrat hain jo unke naqsh-e-qadam par chalne ka irada rakhte hain. In misalon ke zariye Allah logon ko sabaq deta hai ke woh apni zindagi mein kya ikhtiyar karen aur kin cheezon se bachen.
Akhir mein, Allah ne wazeh kiya hai ke yeh sab ayaten aur misalen muttaqiyon ke liye naseehat hain. Muttaqi woh log hain jo Allah se darte hain, uske ahkamat par amal karte hain aur uski hudood ki hifazat karte hain. Sirf wohi log in ayaton se sahih ma'non mein faida uthate hain aur apni zindagi ko Allah ki raza ke mutabiq dhalne ki koshish karte hain.
Surah 24 : 35
اَللّٰهُ نُوْرُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ مَثَلُ نُوْرِهٖ كَمِشْكٰوةٍ فِیْهَا مِصْبَاحٌ اَلْمِصْبَاحُ فِیْ زُجَاجَةٍ اَلزُّجَاجَةُ كَاَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّیٌّ یُّوْقَدُ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ مُّبٰرَكَةٍ زَیْتُوْنَةٍ لَّا شَرْقِیَّةٍ وَّ لَا غَرْبِیَّةٍ یَّكَادُ زَیْتُهَا یُضِیْٓءُ وَ لَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ نُوْرٌ عَلٰى نُوْرٍ یَهْدِی اللّٰهُ لِنُوْرِهٖ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَ یَضْرِبُ اللّٰهُ الْاَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ وَ اللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ
Allah aasmanon aur zameen ka noor hai. Uske noor ki misal aisi hai jaise ek taaq (mishkat) ho jismein ek chiragh ho. Woh chiragh ek sheeshe (zujajah) mein ho. Woh sheesha aisa chamakdar ho jaise koi moti jaisa sitara. Woh chiragh ek mubarak zaitoon ke darakht ke tel se roshan kiya jaye jo na mashriqi ho na maghribi. Uska tel qareeb hai ke khud hi roshan ho jaye agarche use aag na chhue. Noor par noor hai. Allah apne noor ki taraf jise chahta hai hidayat deta hai. Aur Allah logon ke liye misalen bayan karta hai. Aur Allah har cheez ka ilm rakhne wala hai.
Yeh ayat Allah Ta'ala ki azmat aur uski zaat ke noorani hone ko bayan karti hai. Allah Ta'ala aasmanon aur zameen ka noor hai, yani woh har cheez ko roshan karne wala, hidayat dene wala aur har wajood ka sabab hai. Uske noor ki misal ek aisi hai jaisa ke ek taaq (mishkat) ho, jismein ek chiragh (misbah) rakha ho. Woh chiragh ek chamakdar sheeshe (zujajah) mein ho, jo apni safai aur shaffafiyat mein moti jaisa sitara maloom hota ho.
Yeh chiragh ek mubarak zaitoon ke darakht ke tel se roshan kiya jaye, jo na mashriqi ho na maghribi, yaani aise maqam par ho jahan use din bhar suraj ki roshni milti rahe, jiski wajah se uska tel nihayat saaf aur roshan karne wala hota hai. Uska tel itna khalis aur roshan hota hai ke qareeb hai ke woh khud hi roshan ho jaye, agarche use aag na chhue. Yeh noor par noor hai, yaani roshni ki shiddat aur pakeezgi ki inteha hai.
Is misal ke zariye Allah Ta'ala apne noor-e-hidayat ko wazeh karta hai. Allah apne noor ki taraf jise chahta hai hidayat deta hai, yaani jise woh hidayat ki taufeeq deta hai, woh us noor ko pa leta hai. Allah logon ke liye misalen bayan karta hai taake woh ghaur-o-fikar karen aur uski qudrat aur hikmat ko samjhen. Beshak, Allah har cheez ka ilm rakhne wala hai.
Surah 24 : 36
فِیْ بُیُوْتٍ اَذِنَ اللّٰهُ اَنْ تُرْفَعَ وَ یُذْكَرَ فِیْهَا اسْمُهٗ یُسَبِّحُ لَهٗ فِیْهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَ الْاٰصَالِ
Un gharon mein jin ke mutalliq Allah ne hukm diya hai ke un ki ta'zeem ki jaye aur un mein uska naam liya jaye. Subah aur sham uski tasbeeh karte hain.
Yeh ayat un muqaddas maqamat ka zikr karti hai jinhein Allah Ta'ala ne apni ibadat aur zikr ke liye khas kiya hai. In gharon se murad masajid hain, jin ki ta'zeem aur bulandi ka hukm diya gaya hai. Ta'zeem se murad unhein har qism ki gandagi aur shirk se paak rakhna, aur unhein Allah ke zikr aur ibadat ke liye aabad rakhna hai.
In masajid mein subah aur sham Allah ki tasbeeh ki jati hai, ya'ni namazain adaa ki jati hain aur Allah ka zikr kiya jata hai. Yeh is baat ki nishani hai ke Allah ke banday har waqt uski yaad mein masroof rehte hain. Masajid woh jaghein hain jahan Allah ka noor khaas taur par zahir hota hai aur jahan momineen roohani sukoon hasil karte hain.
Surah 24 : 37
رِجَالٌ لَّا تُلْهِیْهِمْ تِجَارَةٌ وَّ لَا بَیْعٌ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ وَ اِقَامِ الصَّلٰوةِ وَ اِیْتَآءِ الزَّكٰوةِ یَخَافُوْنَ یَوْمًا تَتَقَلَّبُ فِیْهِ الْقُلُوْبُ وَ الْاَبْصَارُ
Aise mard jin ko tijarat aur khareed-o-farokht Allah ke zikr se, namaz qaim karne se aur zakat ada karne se ghafil nahi karti. Woh us din se darte hain jis din dil aur aankhen palat jayengi.
Is ayat mein un logon ki tareef ki gayi hai jo Allah ke gharon ko aabad rakhte hain aur un mein Allah ka zikr karte hain. Yeh woh sachche mard-e-momin hain jinhein duniya ki koi bhi mashghooliyat, chahe woh tijarat ho ya khareed-o-farokht, Allah ki yaad se ghafil nahi karti. Woh apne karobar aur maali muamlaat ke bawajood namaz qaim karte hain aur zakat ada karte hain, jo unke imaan aur Allah se gehri mohabbat ki alamat hai.
Unki yeh ibadat aur duniya se be-raghbati is wajah se hai ke woh qayamat ke din se darte hain, jis din dil aur aankhen khauf aur dahshat se palat jayengi. Unhein yaqeen hai ke us din har amal ka hisab hoga, isliye woh apni aakhirat ki fikar karte hain aur duniya ki aarzi lazzaton ko aakhirat ki daimi kamyabi par tarjeeh dete hain.
Surah 24 : 38
لِیَجْزِیَهُمُ اللّٰهُ اَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوْا وَ یَزِیْدَهُمْ مِّنْ فَضْلِهٖ وَ اللّٰهُ یَرْزُقُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ بِغَیْرِ حِسَابٍ
Taa ke Allah unhein unke behtareen a'amal ka badla de aur unhein apne fazal se aur zyada ata kare. Aur Allah jise chahta hai be-hisab rizq deta hai.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat mein bayan kiye gaye momineen ke a'amal-e-saleha ka badla bayan karti hai. Allah Ta'ala unhein unke behtareen a'amal ka ajr ata karega, aur sirf unke a'amal ke mutabiq hi nahi, balkay apne khaas fazal aur karam se unhein mazeed ata karega. Yeh Allah ki shaan-e-rehmat hai ke woh apne bandon ko unki mehnat se kahin zyada inaam deta hai.
Is mein is baat ki bhi wazahat hai ke Allah Ta'ala jise chahta hai be-hisab rizq deta hai. Yeh rizq sirf maali daulat tak mehdood nahi, balkay is mein imaan ki quwwat, ilm, hikmat, aur roohani sukoon bhi shamil hai. Jo log Allah ki raza ke liye duniya ki lazzaton ko tark karte hain, Allah unhein aakhirat mein azeem ajr aur duniya mein bhi barkat ata karta hai.
Surah 24 : 39
وَ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْۤا اَعْمَالُهُمْ كَسَرَابٍۭ بِقِیْعَةٍ یَّحْسَبُهُ الظَّمْاٰنُ مَآءً حَتّٰۤى اِذَا جَآءَهٗ لَمْ یَجِدْهُ شَیْئًا وَّ وَجَدَ اللّٰهَ عِنْدَهٗ فَوَفّٰىهُ حِسَابَهٗ وَ اللّٰهُ سَرِیْعُ الْحِسَابِ
Aur jin logon ne kufr kiya, unke a'amal aise hain jaise chatyal maidan mein sarab (mirage) ho, jise pyasa pani samajhta hai. Hatta ke jab woh uske paas pahunchta hai to use kuch nahi pata, aur Allah ko apne paas pata hai, phir woh uska hisab poora karta hai. Aur Allah jald hisab lene wala hai.
Is ayat mein kafiron ke a'amal ki misal di gayi hai. Unke a'amal, jo duniya mein unhein bade aur faida mand nazar aate hain, qayamat ke din sarab ki manind honge. Jaise pyasa shakhs chatyal maidan mein door se chamakti hui ret ko pani samajhta hai, lekin jab uske paas pahunchta hai to use kuch nahi milta, isi tarah kafiron ke nek a'amal (jaise sadqaat, khairaat) bhi aakhirat mein be-faida honge kyunki unki bunyad imaan par nahi thi.
Jab woh Allah ke huzoor pesh honge, to unhein apne a'amal ka koi badla nahi milega, balkay Allah unka poora hisab lega aur unhein unke kufr aur shirk ki saza dega. Allah Ta'ala jald hisab lene wala hai, aur uske paas kisi ka hisab baqi nahi rehta. Yeh misal wazeh karti hai ke imaan ke baghair koi amal qabil-e-qabool nahi.
Surah 24 : 40
اَوْ كَظُلُمٰتٍ فِیْ بَحْرٍ لُّجِّیٍّ یَّغْشٰىهُ مَوْجٌ مِّنْ فَوْقِهٖ مَوْجٌ مِّنْ فَوْقِهٖ سَحَابٌ ظُلُمٰتٌۢ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ اِذَاۤ اَخْرَجَ یَدَهٗ لَمْ یَكَدْ یَرٰىهَا وَ مَنْ لَّمْ یَجْعَلِ اللّٰهُ لَهٗ نُوْرًا فَمَا لَهٗ مِنْ نُّوْرٍ
Ya jaise gehre samandar mein andhere hon, jise ek mauj dhak le, uske upar ek aur mauj, uske upar badal. Andhere hain, ek ke upar ek. Jab woh apna haath nikale to use dekh bhi na sake. Aur jise Allah noor na de, uske liye koi noor nahi.
Yeh ayat kafiron ki haalat ki ek aur misal bayan karti hai, jo unki gehri gumrahi aur tareeki ko wazeh karti hai. Unki misal aise hai jaise koi shakhs gehre samandar ki teh mein ho, jahan ek mauj usko dhak le, phir uske upar ek aur mauj ho, aur uske upar ghane badal hon. Yeh tareekiyan ek ke upar ek hain, itni ke agar woh apna haath bhi bahar nikale to use dekh na sake.
Yeh misal kafiron ke imaan aur hidayat se mehroom hone ko darshati hai. Unke dil kufr, shirk, aur jahalat ki tareekiyon mein doobe hue hain. Unhein haq aur batil mein tameez nahi hoti. Ayat ke ikhtitam par farmaya gaya hai ke jise Allah noor na de, uske liye koi noor nahi. Iska matlab hai ke hidayat sirf Allah ke fazal se milti hai, aur jo is noor se mehroom ho jaye, woh kabhi hidayat nahi pa sakta.
Surah 24 : 41
اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ یُسَبِّحُ لَهٗ مَنْ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ وَ الطَّیْرُ صٰٓفّٰتٍ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهٗ وَ تَسْبِیْحَهٗ وَ اللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌۢ بِمَا یَفْعَلُوْنَ
Kya tumne nahi dekha ke Allah hi ki tasbeeh karte hain jo kuch aasmano aur zameen mein hain aur parinde bhi par phailaye hue? Har ek apni namaz aur tasbeeh ko jaanta hai. Aur Allah khoob jaanta hai jo kuch woh karte hain.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala apni azmat aur qudrat ka zikr farmate hain. Woh irshad farmate hain ke kya tumne ghaur nahi kiya ke aasmano aur zameen mein jitni bhi makhlooqat hain, sab ki sab Allah ki tasbeeh karti hain? Yahan tak ke hawa mein par phailaye hue parinde bhi Allah ki pakizgi bayan karte hain. Har makhlooq, chahe woh insaan ho, jinn ho, farishte hon, ya janwar aur be-jaan cheezein, sab ko apni ibadat aur tasbeeh ka tareeqa maloom hai. Allah Ta'ala ne har ek ko uski fitrat ke mutabiq ibadat ka ilm diya hai. Woh sab ke amaal se ba-khabar hai aur khoob jaanta hai ke kaun kya karta hai. Is mein Allah ki wahdaniyat aur uski be-inteha qudrat ka izhar hai.
Quran mein dusri jagah irshad hai: "Aur koi cheez aisi nahi jo uski hamd ke saath tasbeeh na karti ho, lekin tum unki tasbeeh ko samajhte nahi." (Surah Al-Isra 17:44)
Surah 24 : 42
وَ لِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ وَ اِلَى اللّٰهِ الْمَصِیْرُ
Aur Allah hi ke liye hai aasmano aur zameen ki badshahat, aur Allah hi ki taraf lautna hai.
Yeh Ayah Allah Ta'ala ki mutlaq badshahat aur hukoomat ko bayan karti hai. Woh aasmano aur zameen ka akela malik hai, aur uski badshahat mein koi uska shareek nahi. Tamam kainat, uski har cheez aur har makhlooq uske qabze aur ikhtiyar mein hai. Iske baad Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke har cheez ka anjaam aur har makhlooq ka thikana Allah hi ki taraf lautna hai. Iska matlab yeh hai ke qayamat ke din sab ko Allah ke huzoor pesh hona hai, jahan unke amaal ka hisab liya jayega aur unhe unke kiye ki jaza ya saza di jayegi. Yeh Ayah duniya ki faniyat aur aakhirat ki haqeeqat ki taraf ishara karti hai, aur insaan ko apni zindagi ke maqsad par ghaur karne ki dawat deti hai.
Surah 24 : 43
اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ یُزْجِیْ سَحَابًا ثُمَّ یُؤَلِّفُ بَیْنَهٗ ثُمَّ یَجْعَلُهٗ رُكَامًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ یَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلٰلِهٖ وَ یُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مِنْ جِبَالٍ فِیْهَا مِنْۢ بَرَدٍ فَیُصِیْبُ بِهٖ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَ یَصْرِفُهٗ عَنْ مَّنْ یَّشَآءُ یَكَادُ سَنَا بَرْقِهٖ یَذْهَبُ بِالْاَبْصَارِ
Kya tumne nahi dekha ke Allah badlon ko ahista ahista chalata hai, phir unko aapas mein milata hai, phir unko tah ba tah kar deta hai? Phir tum dekhte ho ke unke beech se barish nikalti hai. Aur woh aasman se pahadon jaisi cheezon se ole barsata hai, phir jise chahta hai unse nuksan pahunchata hai aur jise chahta hai usse bacha leta hai. Uske bijli ki chamak aankhon ko chundhiya deti hai.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala apni be-misaal qudrat aur hikmat ka ek aur nishan bayan karte hain: badlon aur barish ka nizam. Woh farmate hain ke kya tumne ghaur nahi kiya ke Allah hi badlon ko ahista ahista chalata hai, phir unhe ek jagah jama karta hai, aur phir unhe tah ba tah ikattha kar deta hai? Iske baad un ghane badlon ke beech se barish ki boondein barasti hain. Yeh Allah ki qudrat hai ke woh aasman se, un badlon ke pahadon se, ole (hail) bhi barsata hai. Phir woh apni marzi se jise chahta hai un olo se nuksan pahunchata hai aur jise chahta hai usse bacha leta hai. Iske alawa, bijli ki chamak itni tez hoti hai ke woh aankhon ko chundhiya deti hai. Yeh sab nishaniyan Allah ki wahdaniyat, uski qudrat aur uski hikmat ki daleel hain, jo insaan ko ghaur-o-fikr ki dawat deti hain.
Surah 24 : 44
یُقَلِّبُ اللّٰهُ الَّیْلَ وَ النَّهَارَ اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّاُولِی الْاَبْصَارِ
Allah hi raat aur din ko badalta hai. Beshak ismein un logon ke liye ibarat hai jo aankhein rakhte hain (aqalmand hain).
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala apni qudrat ki ek aur azeem nishani bayan karte hain: raat aur din ka aana jana. Allah hi hai jo raat aur din ko ek doosre ke baad lata hai, unki lambai aur chhotai mein tabdeeli karta hai, aur unke zariye mausamon ko badalta hai. Yeh nizam itni baqaidgi aur hikmat ke saath chalta hai ke ismein kabhi koi kharabi nahi aati. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke beshak is mein un logon ke liye badi ibarat aur nishani hai jo aankhein rakhte hain, yaani jo aqalmand hain aur ghaur-o-fikr karte hain. Jo log is nizam par ghaur karte hain, woh Allah ki azmat, uski wahdaniyat aur uski be-inteha qudrat ko pehchan lete hain. Yeh unhe Allah ki taraf mutawajjeh hone aur uski ibadat karne ki dawat deta hai.
Surah 24 : 45
وَ اللّٰهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَآبَّةٍ مِّنْ مَّآءٍ فَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ یَّمْشِیْ عَلٰى بَطْنِهٖ وَ مِنْهُمْ مَّنْ یَّمْشِیْ عَلٰى رِجْلَیْنِ وَ مِنْهُمْ مَّنْ یَّمْشِیْ عَلٰۤى اَرْبَعٍ یَخْلُقُ اللّٰهُ مَا یَشَآءُ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ
Aur Allah ne har chalne wale janwar ko paani se banaya hai. Phir unmein se kuch woh hain jo apne pet ke bal chalte hain, aur kuch woh hain jo do pairon par chalte hain, aur kuch woh hain jo chaar pairon par chalte hain. Allah jo chahta hai paida karta hai. Beshak Allah har cheez par qudrat rakhne wala hai.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala apni takhleeqi qudrat ka bayan karte hain. Woh farmate hain ke usne har chalne wali makhlooq ko paani se paida kiya hai, jo zindagi ki bunyad hai. Phir Allah Ta'ala mukhtalif qism ki makhlooqat ka zikr karte hain: unmein se kuch woh hain jo apne pet ke bal chalte hain, jaise saap aur keede. Kuch woh hain jo do pairon par chalte hain, jaise insaan aur parinde. Aur kuch woh hain jo chaar pairon par chalte hain, jaise chaupaye. Yeh mukhtalif tareeqon se chalne wali makhlooqat Allah ki be-inteha qudrat aur hikmat ka saboot hain. Allah jo chahta hai paida karta hai, uski takhleeq mein koi rok nahi. Beshak Allah har cheez par mukammal qudrat rakhne wala hai. Yeh Ayah insaan ko Allah ki azmat aur uski wahdaniyat par ghaur karne ki dawat deti hai.
Surah 24 : 46
لَقَدْ اَنْزَلْنَاۤ اٰیٰتٍ مُّبَیِّنٰتٍؕ وَ اللّٰهُ یَهْدِیْ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ اِلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ
Beshak humne roshan nishaniyan nazil ki hain, aur Allah jise chahta hai seedhi raah ki taraf hidayat deta hai.
Beshak Allah Ta'ala ne insaniyat ki hidayat ke liye roshan nishaniyan aur wazeh ahkamat nazil kiye hain. Yeh nishaniyan Quran Majeed ki ayatein hain jo haq aur batil ke darmiyan farq ko bilkul wazeh kar deti hain. In ayaton mein Allah ki wahdaniyat, uski qudrat, aur aakhirat ke din ki haqeeqat ke dalail maujood hain. Allah Ta'ala farmata hai ke hidayat sirf uske ikhtiyar mein hai, woh jise chahta hai seedhi raah dikhata hai. Lekin Allah ki yeh mashiyat uske adl aur hikmat par mabni hai. Woh un logon ko hidayat deta hai jo haq ki talash mein hote hain, apni taraf se koshish karte hain, aur Allah ki taraf ruju karte hain. Iska matlab yeh hargiz nahi ke Allah kisi ko zabardasti gumrah karta hai, balkay woh unhe hidayat deta hai jo hidayat ke qabil hote hain aur uski taraf dil se mutawajjeh hote hain. Quran mein kai maqamat par Allah ne farmaya hai ke woh zalimon aur fasikon ko hidayat nahi deta, jab tak woh apni halat na badlein.
Surah 24 : 47
وَ یَقُوْلُوْنَ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ وَ بِالرَّسُوْلِ وَ اَطَعْنَا ثُمَّ یَتَوَلّٰى فَرِیْقٌ مِّنْهُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَؕ وَ مَاۤ اُولٰٓئِكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
Aur woh kehte hain ke hum Allah aur Rasool par iman laye aur humne itaat ki, phir un mein se ek giroh iske baad phir jata hai, aur aise log momin nahi hain.
Is ayat mein munafiqeen ke kirdar ko wazeh kiya gaya hai jo zuban se iman ka dawa karte hain. Woh kehte hain ke hum Allah aur uske Rasool par iman laye hain aur humne unki itaat qabool ki hai. Lekin unka amal unke qaul ke bilkul bar-aks hota hai. Jab unhe Allah aur Rasool ke ahkamat ki taraf bulaya jata hai, to un mein se ek giroh iske baad phir jata hai aur munh mod leta hai. Unka yeh amal unke zubani iqrar ki nafi karta hai. Sacha iman sirf zubani iqrar ka naam nahi, balkay dil ki tasdeeq, amal se izhar, aur Allah aur uske Rasool ki mukammal itaat ka naam hai. Jo log Allah aur uske Rasool ki itaat se munh modte hain, woh haqeeqi momin nahi ho sakte, chahe woh kitne hi dawe kyun na karein. Unka yeh rawaiya zahir karta hai ke unke dilon mein nifaq hai aur woh sirf apne mafadat ke liye iman ka libada odhte hain.
Surah 24 : 48
وَ اِذَا دُعُوْۤا اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖ لِیَحْكُمَ بَیْنَهُمْ اِذَا فَرِیْقٌ مِّنْهُمْ مُّعْرِضُوْنَ
Aur jab unhe Allah aur uske Rasool ki taraf bulaya jata hai taake woh unke darmiyan faisla karein, to un mein se ek giroh munh mod leta hai.
Yeh ayat munafiqeen ke ek aur khasay ko wazeh karti hai jo unke nifaq ki nishani hai. Jab unke darmiyan koi ikhtilaf paida hota hai, ya koi muamla pesh aata hai, aur unhe Allah ki kitab (Quran) aur Rasoolullah (SAW) ki sunnat ke mutabiq faisla karwane ke liye bulaya jata hai, to un mein se kuch log inkar kar dete hain aur munh mod lete hain. Yeh inkar is baat ki wazeh nishani hai ke unke dilon mein iman ki kamzori aur shakk maujood hai. Ek sacha momin hamesha Allah aur uske Rasool ke faisle ko sar-tasleem kham karta hai, kyunke woh janta hai ke Allah ka faisla hi sabse behtar, adl par mabni, aur insaniyat ke liye behtareen hota hai. Allah aur Rasool ke faisle se inkar karna darasal Allah ki hukumat aur Rasool ki risalat par shakk karne ke mutradif hai, jo iman ke munafi hai.
Surah 24 : 49
وَ اِنْ یَّكُنْ لَّهُمُ الْحَقُّ یَاْتُوْۤ اِلَیْهِ مُذْعِنِیْنَؕ
Aur agar haq unke haq mein ho, to woh farmabardari karte hue uski taraf aate hain.
Is ayat mein munafiqeen ki do-rukhi policy aur unki khud-garzi ko bayan kiya gaya hai. Woh Allah aur Rasool ke faisle ko us waqt tak qabool karte hain jab tak woh faisla unke apne mafad mein ho ya unke haq mein jata ho. Agar unhe lagta hai ke faisla unke liye faida mand hai, to woh khushi khushi aur farmabardari ke sath uski taraf aate hain aur usse qabool kar lete hain. Lekin agar faisla unke khilaf ho, ya unke zaati mafadat ke mutabiq na ho, to woh inkar kar dete hain aur munh mod lete hain. Yeh rawaiya unke iman ki kamzori aur sirf apni nafsani khwahishat ki pairwi ko zahir karta hai. Sacha momin woh hai jo har haal mein, chahe faisla uske haq mein ho ya khilaf, Allah aur uske Rasool ke faisle ko bila-choun-o-chara qabool karta hai, kyunke woh janta hai ke Allah ka har faisla adl aur hikmat par mabni hota hai.
Surah 24 : 50
اَفِیْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ مَّرَضٌ اَمِ ارْتَابُوْۤا اَمْ یَخَافُوْنَ اَنْ یَّحِیْفَ اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِمْ وَ رَسُوْلُهٗؕ بَلْ اُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ
Kya unke dilon mein bimari hai, ya woh shakk mein mubtala hain, ya woh darte hain ke Allah aur uska Rasool un par zulm karenge? Balkay woh khud hi zalim hain.
Allah Ta'ala munafiqeen ke inkar ki asal wajahat par sawal utha raha hai. Kya unke dilon mein nifaq ki bimari hai jo unhe haq qabool karne se rokti hai? Ya woh Allah ke wado aur Rasool ki risalat par shakk karte hain aur unke dil mein shak-o-shubahat hain? Ya unhe yeh khauf hai ke Allah aur uska Rasool unke sath na-insaafi karenge aur un par zulm karenge? Allah Ta'ala in sawalon ke jawab mein wazeh karta hai ke asal wajahat yeh nahi hain, balkay woh khud hi zalim hain. Unka zulm is baat mein hai ke woh haq ko jante hue bhi usse inkar karte hain aur apni nafsani khwahishat ko Allah aur Rasool ke ahkamat par tarjeeh dete hain. Yeh zulm unhe hidayat se mehroom karta hai aur unke dilon ko mazeed sakht kar deta hai. Aise log haqeeqat mein apne aap par zulm karte hain jab woh Allah ke adl aur Rasool ki sachai par shakk karte hain.
Surah 24 : 51
اِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ اِذَا دُعُوْۤا اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖ لِیَحْكُمَ بَیْنَهُمْ اَنْ یَّقُوْلُوْا سَمِعْنَا وَ اَطَعْنَا وَ اُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ
Mominon ka qaul to bas yahi hai jab unhein Allah aur uske Rasool ki taraf bulaya jata hai taake woh unke darmiyan faisla karein, ke woh kahen: "Humne suna aur humne itaat ki." Aur yahi log kamyab hone wale hain.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne sachche mominon ki pehchan bayan ki hai. Jab unhein Allah aur uske Rasool (SAW) ki taraf bulaya jata hai taake woh unke darmiyan kisi mamle mein faisla karein, to unka jawab sirf yahi hota hai ke unhone suna aur itaat ki. Woh baghair kisi jhijhak ya shaq ke Allah aur Rasool ke faisle ko qabool kar lete hain.
Yeh itaat unke imaan ka taqaza hai aur unki kamyabi ki zamanat hai. Jo log Allah aur Rasool ke ahkamat aur faislon ko tasleem nahi karte, woh asal mein imaan ke daire se bahar ho jate hain. Ismein shariat ke qanoon aur adalat ke faislon ko qabool karna bhi shamil hai, jab tak woh Quran aur Sunnat ke mutabiq hon.
Surah 24 : 52
وَ مَنْ یُّطِعِ اللّٰهَ وَ رَسُوْلَهٗ وَ یَخْشَ اللّٰهَ وَ یَتَّقْهِ فَاُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْفَآئِزُوْنَ
Aur jo koi Allah aur uske Rasool ki itaat karega aur Allah se darega aur uski nafarmani se bachega, to yahi log kamyab hone wale hain.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki mazeed wazahat aur takmeel hai. Ismein Allah Ta'ala ne kamyabi (faiz) ke teen bunyadi usool bayan kiye hain: Allah ki itaat, Rasool ki itaat, aur Allah ka khauf (khashiyat) aur taqwa (parhezgari).
Khashiyat se murad Allah ki azmat aur qudrat ka dil mein aisa ehsaas hona hai jo insaan ko gunahon se roke. Jabke Taqwa ka matlab Allah ke ahkamat par amal karna aur uski manahi se bachna hai. Jo shakhs in teenon sifaton ko ikhtiyar karta hai, wahi asal mein kamyab hai, na sirf duniya mein balkay akhirat mein bhi. Yeh log Jannat aur Allah ki raza ke mustahiq honge.
Surah 24 : 53
وَ اَقْسَمُوْا بِاللّٰهِ جَهْدَ اَیْمَانِهِمْ لَئِنْ اَمَرْتَهُمْ لَیَخْرُجُنَّ قُلْ لَّا تُقْسِمُوْا طَاعَةٌ مَّعْرُوْفَةٌ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِیْرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ
Aur unhone Allah ki qasmein kha kar kaha, apni poori taaqat se, ke agar aap unhein hukm dein to woh zaroor nikal khade honge. Keh dijiye: "Qasmein na khao, (tumhari) itaat to ma'roof (jaani pehchani) hai." Beshak Allah tumhare amaal se ba-khabar hai.
Yeh ayat munafiqeen ke haal ko bayan karti hai jo apni itaat aur wafadari zahir karne ke liye Allah ki badi badi qasmein khate the. Woh kehte the ke agar Rasoolullah (SAW) unhein kisi bhi kaam ka hukm dein to woh zaroor us par amal karenge.
Allah Ta'ala ne Rasoolullah (SAW) ko hukm diya ke unki qasmon par tawajjo na dein. Unki itaat sirf zubani thi, dil se woh mukhalifat rakhte the. "Taa'atun ma'roofah" ka matlab hai ke tumhari itaat ka haal sab ko maloom hai, yaani tum sirf zubani itaat karte ho, amal mein nahi. Allah Ta'ala har cheez se waqif hai, dilon ke raaz aur zahiri amaal dono se. Ismein munafiqeen ko tanbeeh hai ke Allah se kuch chupa nahi aur unki jhooti qasmein be-faida hain.
Surah 24 : 54
قُلْ اَطِیْعُوا اللّٰهَ وَ اَطِیْعُوا الرَّسُوْلَ فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاِنَّمَا عَلَیْهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَ عَلَیْكُمْ مَّا حُمِّلْتُمْ وَ اِنْ تُطِیْعُوْهُ تَهْتَدُوْا وَ مَا عَلَى الرَّسُوْلِ اِلَّا الْبَلٰغُ الْمُبِیْنُ
Keh dijiye: "Allah ki itaat karo aur Rasool ki itaat karo." Phir agar tum munh phairoge, to Rasool par wahi zimmedari hai jo un par dali gayi hai aur tum par wahi zimmedari hai jo tum par dali gayi hai. Aur agar tum unki itaat karoge to hidayat paoge. Aur Rasool par to sirf khula paigham pahuncha dena hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne Allah aur uske Rasool (SAW) ki itaat ko farz qarar diya hai. Yeh itaat har momin par lazim hai. Agar log is hukm se munh modte hain, to iska nuqsan unhi ko hoga. Rasoolullah (SAW) ki zimmedari sirf Allah ka paigham logon tak wazeh taur par pahunchana hai, aur unhone yeh zimmedari poori tarah ada kar di hai.
Logon ki zimmedari hai ke woh is paigham ko qabool karein aur us par amal karein. Agar woh Rasool ki itaat karte hain to hidayat paenge, aur agar nafarmani karte hain to gumrahi ka shikar honge. Rasool ki itaat darasal Allah ki itaat hai, aur yahi asal kamyabi ka rasta hai.
Hadees: "Jisne meri itaat ki usne Allah ki itaat ki, aur jisne meri nafarmani ki usne Allah ki nafarmani ki." (Sahih Bukhari, Hadees 7137)
Surah 24 : 55
وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مِنْكُمْ وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِی الْاَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَ لَیُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِیْنَهُمُ الَّذِی ارْتَضٰى لَهُمْ وَ لَیُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ اَمْنًا یَعْبُدُوْنَنِیْ لَا یُشْرِكُوْنَ بِیْ شَیْئًا وَ مَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ فَاُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْفٰسِقُوْنَ
Allah ne tum mein se un logon se waada kiya hai jo imaan laye aur nek amaal kiye ke woh unhein zameen mein zaroor khaleefa banayega jaisa ke unse pehle logon ko khaleefa banaya tha, aur unke liye unke deen ko zaroor mazboot karega jise usne unke liye pasand kiya hai, aur unke khauf ke baad unhein aman se badal dega. Woh meri ibadat karenge aur mere saath kisi cheez ko shareek nahi karenge. Aur jo iske baad kufr karega to wahi log fasiq hain.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne imaan aur nek amaal karne wale mominon se teen bade waade kiye hain: pehla, unhein zameen mein khilafat (iqtedar) ata karega jaisa ke pehle logon ko kiya tha; doosra, unke liye unke deen ko mazboot karega jise usne pasand kiya hai; aur teesra, unke khauf ko aman se badal dega. Yeh waade Sahaba-e-Kiram ke daur mein poore hue, jab unhein iqtedar mila, Islam phaila aur aman qaim hua.
In waadon ki bunyadi shart yeh hai ke woh sirf Allah ki ibadat karein aur uske saath kisi cheez ko shareek na karein (Tauheed). Jo log in waadon ke baad bhi kufr karte hain, woh fasiq (nafarman) hain. Yeh ayat ummat-e-Muslima ke liye ek hidayat aur basharat hai ke agar woh Allah aur Rasool ke ahkamat par qaim rahenge to Allah unhein duniya aur akhirat mein izzat aur kamyabi ata karega.
Hazrat Umar (RA) ne farmaya: "Hum woh qaum hain jise Allah ne Islam ke zariye izzat bakhshi hai, agar hum izzat Islam ke siwa kisi aur cheez mein talash karenge to Allah humein zaleel kar dega." (Mustadrak al-Hakim, Hadees 207)
Surah 24 : 56
وَ اَقِیْمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَ اٰتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَ اَطِیْعُوا الرَّسُوْلَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ
Aur namaz qaim karo, aur zakat ada karo, aur Rasool ki itaat karo, taake tum par reham kiya jaye.
Allah Ta'ala ne is ayat mein teen bunyadi ahkamat diye hain jo musalmanon ki roohani aur ijtimai zindagi ke liye nihayat zaroori hain. Pehla hukm hai "Namaz qaim karo". Namaz deen ka sutoon hai aur banday ka Allah se raabta qaim karne ka sab se behtareen zariya hai. Yeh gunahon se rokti hai aur dil ko sukoon deti hai.
Doosra hukm hai "Zakat ada karo". Zakat maal ko paak karti hai aur muashray mein ghareebon aur zarooratmand logon ki madad ka zariya banti hai. Yeh insaniyat ki khidmat aur maal ki mohabbat se nijaat ka sabab hai. Teesri baat hai "Rasool ki itaat karo". Rasool Allah (SAW) ki itaat darasal Allah ki itaat hai. Aap (SAW) ne Quran ki tafseer aur us par amal ka tareeqa sikhaya. Aap (SAW) ki sunnat par amal kiye baghair deen par mukammal amal mumkin nahi.
In ahkamat par amal karne ka nateeja yeh bataya gaya hai "taake tum par reham kiya jaye". Yani Allah ki rehmat aur bakhshish in aamal se wabasta hai.
Hadees: "Jis ne meri itaat ki us ne Allah ki itaat ki, aur jis ne meri nafarmani ki us ne Allah ki nafarmani ki." (Sahih Bukhari, Kitabul Ahkam, Hadees 7137)
Surah 24 : 57
لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا مُعْجِزِیْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ١ۚ وَ مَاْوٰىهُمُ النَّارُ١ؕ وَ لَبِئْسَ الْمَصِیْرُ۠ ۧ ۧ
Hargiz yeh gumaan na karo ke jin logon ne kufr kiya woh zameen mein Allah ko hara sakenge, aur unka thikana jahannum hai, aur woh kitna bura thikana hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne un logon ko mutanabbeh kiya hai jo kufr karte hain aur samajhte hain ke woh Allah ki pakad se bach jayenge ya usay hara denge. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke kafir log zameen mein Allah ko hara nahi sakte. Unki taqat, daulat, aur tadbeerain Allah ke muqable mein be-haqeeqat hain. Woh Allah ke azab se bach kar kahin nahi ja sakte.
Duniya mein unhe thodi mohlat mil sakti hai, lekin akhirat mein unka anjaam nihayat dardnaak hoga. Ayat mein wazeh taur par bataya gaya hai ke unka thikana jahannum hai. Yeh unke kufr aur sarkashi ka seedha nateeja hai. Aur phir farmaya gaya hai ke "woh kitna bura thikana hai". Jahannum ki sakhti aur uske azab ki shiddat ko is jumle se wazeh kiya gaya hai. Yeh un logon ke liye ek sakht tanbeeh hai jo Allah ki nafarmani karte hain aur uski qudrat ko kam samajhte hain.
Quran mein kai maqamat par kafiron ke anjaam ka zikr hai, jaisa ke Surah Al-Baqarah (2:167) mein hai: "Aur woh log jo kufr karte hain, unke liye sakht azab hai."
Surah 24 : 58
یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لِیَسْتَاْذِنْكُمُ الَّذِیْنَ مَلَكَتْ اَیْمَانُكُمْ وَ الَّذِیْنَ لَمْ یَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ ثَلٰثَ مَرّٰتٍ١ؕ مِنْ قَبْلِ صَلٰوةِ الْفَجْرِ وَ حِیْنَ تَضَعُوْنَ ثِیَابَكُمْ مِّنَ الظَّهِیْرَةِ وَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ صَلٰوةِ الْعِشَآءِ١ؕ۫ ثَلٰثُ عَوْرٰتٍ لَّكُمْ١ؕ لَیْسَ عَلَیْكُمْ وَ لَا عَلَیْهِمْ جُنَاحٌۢ بَعْدَهُنَّ١ؕ طَوّٰفُوْنَ عَلَیْكُمْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ١ؕ كَذٰلِكَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمُ الْاٰیٰتِ١ؕ وَ اللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌ حَكِیْمٌ
Aye imaan walo! Tumhare ghulam aur tum mein se woh bachche jo abhi baligh nahi hue hain, teen auqat mein tum se ijazat talab kiya karein: Fajr ki namaz se pehle, aur jab tum dopehar mein apne kapde utarte ho, aur Isha ki namaz ke baad. Yeh tumhare liye teen parde ke auqat hain. In auqat ke baad tum par aur un par koi gunah nahi, woh tumhare paas aate jate rehte hain, tum mein se baaz baaz ke paas. Isi tarah Allah tumhare liye apni ayatein wazeh karta hai, aur Allah sab kuch janne wala, hikmat wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne musalmanon ko gharon mein dakhil hone ke aadab sikhaye hain, khaas taur par un logon ke liye jo ghar ke andar aam taur par be-takalluf rehte hain. Hukm diya gaya hai ke ghulam aur woh bachche jo abhi baligh nahi hue hain, teen khaas auqat mein ijazat talab karein. Yeh auqat woh hain jab log aam taur par halki libas mein hote hain ya aaram kar rahe hote hain.
Pehla waqt Fajr ki namaz se pehle, jab log bistar se uthte hain. Doosra waqt dopehar mein jab kapde utarte ho, yani qailoola (dopahar ki neend) ya aaram ke waqt. Teesra waqt Isha ki namaz ke baad, jab log sone ki tayyari karte hain. In auqat ko "teen parde ke auqat" qarar diya gaya hai. Iska maqsad ghar walon ki shakhsi zindagi aur parde ka ehtaram karna hai.
In teen auqat ke ilawa, un par ya ghar walon par koi gunah nahi agar woh ijazat ke baghair aate jate hain, kyunke woh aam taur par ghar ke kaam kaj mein masroof hote hain aur ek doosre ke paas aate jate rehte hain. Allah Ta'ala is tarah apni ayatein wazeh karta hai, kyunke woh sab kuch janne wala aur hikmat wala hai, aur woh insani fitrat aur muasharti zarooraton ko behtar janta hai.
Hazrat Umar (RA) farmate hain: "Yeh ayat teen auqat mein ijazat talab karne ke mutalliq hai." (Tafseer Ibn Kathir)
Surah 24 : 59
وَ اِذَا بَلَغَ الْاَطْفَالُ مِنْكُمُ الْحُلُمَ فَلْیَسْتَاْذِنُوْا كَمَا اسْتَاْذَنَ الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ١ؕ كَذٰلِكَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ اٰیٰتِهٖ١ؕ وَ اللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌ حَكِیْمٌ
Aur jab tum mein se bachche baligh ho jayen to woh bhi ijazat talab kiya karein jaisa ke un se pehle walon ne ijazat talab ki thi. Isi tarah Allah tumhare liye apni ayatein wazeh karta hai, aur Allah sab kuch janne wala, hikmat wala hai.
Pichli ayat mein ghulamon aur na-baligh bachchon ke liye teen khaas auqat mein ijazat talab karne ka hukm tha. Is ayat mein us hukm ko mazeed wazeh kiya gaya hai. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke jab tumhare bachche baligh ho jayen, yani un par shariat ke ahkamat lagoo ho jayen, to un par bhi lazim hai ke woh ghar mein dakhil hote waqt ijazat talab karein.
Yeh hukm unke liye bhi hai jaisa ke un se pehle walon ne ijazat talab ki thi, yani bade logon aur ghair-mehram afraad ki tarah. Iska matlab hai ke baligh hone ke baad, bachchon ko bhi har waqt ghar mein dakhil hone se pehle ijazat leni chahiye, sirf teen auqat mein nahi. Is hukm ka maqsad parde aur haya ke taqazon ko poora karna hai, taake ghar ke andar kisi bhi be-hayai ya be-takallufi se bacha ja sake jo shariat ke khilaf ho.
Allah Ta'ala is tarah apne ahkamat ko wazeh karta hai, kyunke woh sab kuch janne wala aur hikmat wala hai. Woh janta hai ke insani fitrat aur muasharti zarooraton ke liye kya behtar hai.
Hadees mein hai ke Nabi Akram (SAW) ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi teen baar ijazat talab kare aur usay ijazat na di jaye to woh wapas laut jaye." (Sahih Muslim, Kitabul Adab, Hadees 2153)
Surah 24 : 60
وَ الْقَوَاعِدُ مِنَ النِّسَآءِ الّٰتِیْ لَا یَرْجُوْنَ نِكَاحًا فَلَیْسَ عَلَیْهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ اَنْ یَّضَعْنَ ثِیَابَهُنَّ غَیْرَ مُتَبَرِّجٰتٍۭ بِزِیْنَةٍ١ؕ وَ اَنْ یَّسْتَعْفِفْنَ خَیْرٌ لَّهُنَّ١ؕ وَ اللّٰهُ سَمِیْعٌ عَلِیْمٌ
Aur woh boodhi aurtein jinhein nikah ki ummeed nahi rahi, un par koi gunah nahi ke woh apne (upar ke) kapde utar dein, bashart-e-ke woh zeenat ki numayish karne wali na hon. Aur agar woh parhezgari ikhtiyar karein to yeh unke liye behtar hai. Aur Allah sab kuch sunne wala, sab kuch janne wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne boodhi aurton ke liye parde ke ahkamat mein narmi ka zikr kiya hai. "Al-Qawa'id" se murad woh aurtein hain jo umar rasida ho chuki hain aur jinhein ab nikah ki khwahish ya ummeed nahi rahi. Aisi aurton ke liye ijazat di gayi hai ke woh apne "upar ke kapde utar dein". Is se murad woh kapde hain jo aam taur par parde ke liye pehne jate hain, maslan chadar ya burqa, jab woh ghar mein hon ya mehram ke samne hon.
Lekin is ijazat ke saath ek shart bhi hai: "bashart-e-ke woh zeenat ki numayish karne wali na hon". Yani unhe ab bhi be-hayai ya zeenat ki numayish se bachna chahiye. Unka maqsad sirf takalluf ko kam karna ho, na ke fitna paida karna. Ayat ke akhir mein ek ahem hidayat di gayi hai: "Aur agar woh parhezgari ikhtiyar karein to yeh unke liye behtar hai". Iska matlab hai ke agarche unhein narmi di gayi hai, phir bhi agar woh mukammal parde ka ehtamam karti hain to yeh unke liye Allah ke nazdeek zyada behtar aur ajr ka ba'is hai.
Allah Ta'ala sab kuch sunne wala aur sab kuch janne wala hai. Woh bandon ki niyaton aur unke aamal se khoob waqif hai.
Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood (RA) farmate hain ke is ayat se murad woh boodhi aurtein hain jin mein ab jinsi khwahish baqi nahi rahi. (Tafseer Tabari)
Surah 24 : 61
لَیْسَ عَلَى الْاَعْمٰى حَرَجٌ وَّ لَا عَلَى الْاَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَّ لَا عَلَى الْمَرِیْضِ حَرَجٌ وَّ لَا عَلٰۤى اَنْفُسِكُمْ اَنْ تَاْكُلُوْا مِنْۢ بُیُوْتِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ اٰبَآئِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ اُمَّهٰتِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ اِخْوَانِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ اَخَوٰتِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ اَعْمَامِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ عَمّٰتِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ اَخْوَالِكُمْ اَوْ بُیُوْتِ خٰلٰتِكُمْ اَوْ مَا مَلَكْتُمْ مَّفَاتِحَهٗۤ اَوْ صَدِیْقِكُمْ١ؕ لَیْسَ عَلَیْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ اَنْ تَاْكُلُوْا جَمِیْعًا اَوْ اَشْتَاتًا١ؕ فَاِذَا دَخَلْتُمْ بُیُوْتًا فَسَلِّمُوْا عَلٰۤى اَنْفُسِكُمْ تَحِیَّةً مِّنْ عِنْدِ اللّٰهِ مُبٰرَكَةً طَیِّبَةً١ؕ كَذٰلِكَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمُ الْاٰیٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ۠ ۧ ۧ
Andhe par koi haraj nahi, na langde par koi haraj hai, na beemar par koi haraj hai, aur na tum par koi haraj hai ke tum apne gharon se khao, ya apne baapon ke gharon se, ya apni maaon ke gharon se, ya apne bhaiyon ke gharon se, ya apni behnon ke gharon se, ya apne chachaon ke gharon se, ya apni phuphiyon ke gharon se, ya apne mamuon ke gharon se, ya apni khalaon ke gharon se, ya un gharon se jin ki kunjiyaan tumhare paas hain, ya apne dost ke ghar se. Tum par koi gunah nahi ke tum sab mil kar khao ya alag alag. Phir jab tum gharon mein dakhil ho to apne walon ko salam karo, Allah ki taraf se mubarak aur pakeeza dua. Isi tarah Allah tumhare liye ayaton ko wazeh karta hai taake tum aqal se kaam lo.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne chand khaas logon ko ri'ayat di hai aur un par khana khane ke mamle mein koi haraj nahi rakha. Is mein andhe, langde aur beemar shamil hain, jinhein aksar logon ke saath khane mein dushwari hoti hai. Is ke alawa, musalmanon ko ijazat di gayi hai ke woh apne gharon se, ya apne walidain, bhai behnon, chacha phuphi, mamu khala ke gharon se, ya un gharon se jin ki kunjiyaan un ke paas hain, ya apne doston ke gharon se khana kha sakte hain. Is mein rishtedaron aur doston ke darmiyan muhabbat aur be takallufi ko farogh dena maqsad hai.
Mazeed, is mein ijazat di gayi hai ke log chahen to mil kar khana khaein ya alag alag. Is se saabit hota hai ke Islam mein khane peene ke mamle mein asaani aur sahoolat di gayi hai. Ayat ke ikhtitam mein gharon mein dakhil hote waqt salam karne ki takeed ki gayi hai, jo Allah ki taraf se ek mubarak aur pakeeza dua hai. Is se gharon mein aman aur muhabbat ka mahol paida hota hai.
Surah 24 : 62
اِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا بِاللّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖ وَ اِذَا كَانُوْا مَعَهٗ عَلٰۤى اَمْرٍ جَامِعٍ لَّمْ یَذْهَبُوْا حَتّٰى یَسْتَاْذِنُوْهُ١ؕ اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَسْتَاْذِنُوْنَكَ اُولٰٓئِكَ الَّذِیْنَ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖ١ۚ فَاِذَا اسْتَاْذَنُوْكَ لِبَعْضِ شَاْنِهِمْ فَاْذَنْ لِّمَنْ شِئْتَ مِنْهُمْ وَ اسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمُ اللّٰهَ١ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ
Beshak momin to wohi hain jo Allah aur uske Rasool par iman laye, aur jab woh Rasool ke saath kisi jama karne wale kaam (mashware) mein hon to uski ijazat ke baghair nahi jate. Beshak jo log aapse ijazat talab karte hain, wohi hain jo Allah aur uske Rasool par iman rakhte hain. Pas jab woh aapse apne kisi kaam ke liye ijazat talab karein to jise aap chahein ijazat de dein aur unke liye Allah se maghfirat talab karein. Beshak Allah bakhshne wala, nihayat meherban hai.
Is ayat mein sache mominon ki ek ahem nishani bayan ki gayi hai. Woh log jo Allah aur uske Rasool par mukammal iman rakhte hain, un ka tareeqa yeh hota hai ke jab woh Rasoolullah ﷺ ke saath kisi ijtimai ya ahem kaam mein mashgool hon, to woh aap ﷺ ki ijazat ke baghair wahan se nahi jate. Yeh adab aur itaat ka taqaza hai jo iman ki bunyad hai.
Allah Ta'ala ne wazeh farmaya ke jo log Rasoolullah ﷺ se ijazat talab karte hain, wohi darasal Allah aur uske Rasool par iman rakhne wale hain. Is se un logon ki fazeelat zahir hoti hai jo adab aur hukm ki pabandi karte hain. Agar koi shakhs kisi zaroori kaam ke liye ijazat talab kare, to Nabi ﷺ ko ikhtiyar diya gaya ke woh jise chahen ijazat dein aur unke liye Allah se maghfirat talab karein. Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke Allah Ta'ala apne bandon par nihayat meherban aur bakhshne wala hai, jo unki kamzoriyon ko maaf farmata hai.
Surah 24 : 63
لَا تَجْعَلُوْا دُعَآءَ الرَّسُوْلِ بَیْنَكُمْ كَدُعَآءِ بَعْضِكُمْ بَعْضًا١ؕ قَدْ یَعْلَمُ اللّٰهُ الَّذِیْنَ یَتَسَلَّلُوْنَ مِنْكُمْ لِوَاذًا١ۚ فَلْیَحْذَرِ الَّذِیْنَ یُخَالِفُوْنَ عَنْ اَمْرِهٖۤ اَنْ تُصِیْبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ اَوْ یُصِیْبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ
Rasool ke pukarne ko apne darmiyan aisa na banao jaisa tum mein se baaz ka baaz ko pukarna hota hai. Allah un logon ko khoob janta hai jo tum mein se chup kar nikal jate hain. Pas un logon ko darna chahiye jo uske hukm ki mukhalifat karte hain ke un par koi fitna aa pade ya un par dardnak azab aa jaye.
Is ayat mein musalmanon ko Rasoolullah ﷺ ke adab ki taleem di gayi hai. Unhein hidayat ki ja rahi hai ke woh Nabi ﷺ ko aam logon ki tarah na pukarein, balkay izzat aur ehtiram ke saath mukhatib karein. Jaise ke Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Aye iman walo! Apni awazein Nabi ki awaz se oonchi na karo." (Surah Al-Hujurat, 49:2). Is se Nabi ﷺ ki azmat aur martabe ka izhar hota hai.
Allah Ta'ala un logon ko khoob janta hai jo ijtimai mamlaat se chup kar aur posheeda tareeqe se nikal jate hain. Yeh un logon ke liye tanbeeh hai jo zimmedari se gurezan hote hain. Ayat ke ikhtitam mein sakht warning di gayi hai ke jo log Nabi ﷺ ke hukm ki mukhalifat karte hain, unhein darna chahiye ke un par koi fitna aa pade ya unhein duniya ya akhirat mein dardnak azab ka samna karna pade. Is se Rasoolullah ﷺ ki itaat ki farziyat aur uski ahmiyat wazeh hoti hai.
Surah 24 : 64
اَلَاۤ اِنَّ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ١ؕ قَدْ یَعْلَمُ مَاۤ اَنْتُمْ عَلَیْهِ١ؕ وَ یَوْمَ یُرْجَعُوْنَ اِلَیْهِ فَیُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوْا١ؕ وَ اللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ۠ ۧ ۧ
Khabardar! Beshak Allah hi ka hai jo kuch aasmanon aur zameen mein hai. Woh khoob janta hai jo kuch tum par ho. Aur jis din woh uski taraf lautaye jayenge to woh unhein unke aamal se khabar dega. Aur Allah har cheez ka janne wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala apni mutlaq badshahat aur qudrat ka elaan farma raha hai. Beshak, aasmanon aur zameen mein jo kuch bhi hai, sab Allah hi ki milkiyat hai. Woh har cheez ka Malik aur Khaliq hai. Is mein uski wahdaniyat aur rububiyat ka izhar hai, aur yeh ke uske siwa koi ibadat ke layaq nahi.
Allah Ta'ala mazeed farmata hai ke woh khoob janta hai jo kuch tum par ho, yaani tumhare zahiri aur batini halaat, tumhare irade, tumhare khayalat aur tumhare aamal, sab uske ilm mein hain. Koi cheez us se posheeda nahi. Aur jis din sab log uski taraf lautaye jayenge, yaani Qayamat ke din, to woh unhein unke har amal se khabar dega. Us din har shakhs ko uske kiye ka badla milega, chahe woh achha ho ya bura. Ayat ka ikhtitam is haqeeqat par hota hai ke Allah har cheez ka janne wala hai, uska ilm har shai ko ghere hue hai.
