Surah Al-Ma'arij ek Makki Surah hai aur iska naam teesri aayat se liya gaya hai jahan Allah ko 'Zil-Ma'arij' (bulandiyon wala) kaha gaya hai. Is Surah ki Markazi Theme 'Azaab ka waqoo' aur 'Insaani kirdar ki islahi' hai. Surah ki shuruaat ek shakhs ke sawal se hoti hai jisne mazaaq mein azaab talab kiya tha, jis par Allah ne farmaya ke woh azaab kafiron par waqay hokar rahega aur use koi rokne wala nahi. Ahkam aur naseehatein yeh hain: Ismein bataya gaya hai ke Qayamat ka din itna lamba hoga jaise pachaas hazar (50,000) saal, aur us din ki haulnaki se insaan apne sagey rishtedaron (beta, biwi, bhai) ko fidye mein dekar khud ko bachana chahega magar bach na sakega. Allah ne insaan ki fitrat bayan ki hai ke woh 'Haleea' (hamesha lalach karne wala aur besabra) hai; jab takleef aati hai to ghabra jata hai aur jab bhalaai milti hai to kanjoosi karta hai. Magar un logon ko is se mustasna (exempt) qarar diya gaya hai jo namazi hain, apne maalon mein saail (mangne wale) ka haq rakhte hain, qayamat par yaqeen rakhte hain, apni sharmgaahon ki hifazat karte hain aur apni amanto aur waadon ko poora karte hain. Aakhir mein kuffar ko tanbeeh ki gayi hai ke agar woh na-farmani se baaz na aaye to Allah unki jagah unse behtar log lane par qadir hai.
Surah 70 : 0
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Allah ke Naam se, jo bada Meherbaan, Nihayat Reham waala hai.
Yeh mubarak ayat har achhe kaam ki ibtida mein padhi jati hai, taake us kaam mein Allah Ta'ala ki barkat aur madad shamil ho. Is mein Allah ke do azeem sifati naam Ar-Rahman aur Ar-Rahim bayan kiye gaye hain. Ar-Rahman us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat tamam makhlooq ke liye aam hai, chahe woh momin ho ya kafir. Jabke Ar-Rahim us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat khaas taur par sirf momineen ke liye hai, khaas kar Aakhirat mein. Is tarah, Bismillah kehne se hum Allah ki wasee rehmat aur uski khaas shafqat dono ka iqrar karte hain, aur uski panah aur madad talab karte hain.
Surah 70 : 1
سَاَلَ سَآئِلٌۢ بِعَذَابٍ وَّاقِعٍۙ
Ek sawal karne wale ne us azaab ke baare mein sawal kiya jo waqe hone wala hai.
Is ayat mein us shakhs ka zikr hai jisne Allah ke azaab ke baare mein sawal kiya, jo yaqeenan waqe hone wala hai. Yeh sawal ta'ajjub, inkar, ya istehza ke taur par ho sakta hai. Quran mein kai maqamat par kafiron ne azaab ka jaldi talab kiya hai, jaisa ke Surah Yunus (10:48) mein hai. Is se murad qayamat ka din, dunya mein aane wala koi azaab, ya koi aur musibat ho sakti hai jo Allah ki taraf se nazil hogi. Yeh sawal darasal Allah ki qudrat aur uske waadon par shak ka izhar tha. Allah Ta'ala ne is sawal ke jawab mein azaab ki haqeeqat aur uske waqe hone ki yaqeen dehani karai hai, jo unke liye ek shadeed tanbeeh hai. Is azaab se koi bach nahi sakega jab woh muqarrar waqt par aa jayega.
Surah 70 : 2
لِّلْكٰفِرِیْنَ لَیْسَ لَهٗ دَافِعٌۙ
Kafiron ke liye, us azaab ko koi dafa karne wala nahi hai.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki wazahat hai aur us azaab ki shiddat ko bayan karti hai jiska sawal kiya gaya tha. Jab Allah ka azaab aa jayega, to kafiron ke liye usko koi rokne wala ya dafa karne wala nahi hoga. Koi taqat, koi sifarish, aur koi madad us azaab ko tal nahi sakegi. Yeh is baat ki taraf ishara hai ke Allah ka faisla atal hai aur uske azaab se bachne ka koi rasta nahi jab tak ke insaan imaan na laye aur tauba na kare. Yeh azaab unke kufr aur inkar ka nateeja hoga, aur us din unhe koi panah nahi milegi. Is mein un logon ke liye shadeed tanbeeh hai jo Allah ke azaab ko halke mein lete hain aur uski dhamkiyon ko mazaaq samajhte hain. Allah ka azaab jab aata hai to woh kisi ko nahi chhodta.
Surah 70 : 3
مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ذِی الْمَعَارِجِؕ
Allah ki taraf se, jo buland darjon wala hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ki sifaton mein se ek sifat "Zil Ma'arij" ka zikr hai, jiska matlab hai "buland darjon wala" ya "urooj ki jaghon ka malik". Yeh Allah ki azmat, uski qudrat aur uski shaan ko zahir karta hai. Is se murad woh bulandiyan hain jahan farishte aur rooh (Jibrael A.S.) Allah ke paas chadhte hain. Yeh Allah ki be-inteha bulandi aur uske ikhtiyar ki nishani hai, jo har cheez par ghalib hai. Allah Ta'ala ki yeh sifat uski mutlaq hukoomat aur har cheez par uske mukammal control ko bayan karti hai. Uske darje aur martabe itne buland hain ke insani aqal unka idraak nahi kar sakti. Is se Allah ki qudrat ka andaza hota hai ke woh kitna buland aur bartar hai.
Surah 70 : 4
تَعْرُجُ الْمَلٰٓئِكَةُ وَ الرُّوْحُ اِلَیْهِ فِیْ یَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهٗ خَمْسِیْنَ اَلْفَ سَنَةٍۚ
Farishte aur Rooh (Jibrael) uski taraf chadhte hain ek aise din mein jiski miqdar pachas hazaar saal hai.
Yeh ayat qayamat ke din ki shiddat aur lambai ko bayan karti hai. Farishte aur Rooh (Jibrael A.S.) Allah ki taraf chadhte hain, aur is din ki miqdar dunya ke hisab se pachas hazaar saal ke barabar hogi. Yeh lambai kafiron ke liye azaab ki shiddat aur mominon ke liye rahat ki muddat ko zahir karti hai. Is se murad us din ki mushkilat aur uski tawalat hai, jahan har shakhs apne aamal ke mutabiq hisab dega. Yeh din Allah ki adalat ka din hoga.
Sahih Muslim ki ek hadees mein hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: "Qayamat ka din itna lamba hoga ke ek din pachas hazaar saal ke barabar hoga." (Muslim, Kitab al-Fitan, Hadees 2940).
Surah 70 : 5
فَاصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِیْلًا
Pas aap sabr karein, behtareen sabr.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala Nabi Akram ﷺ ko aur unke zariye tamam mominon ko sabr-e-jameel ikhtiyar karne ka hukm de raha hai. Sabr-e-jameel woh sabr hai jismein koi shikwa na ho, koi be-sabri ka izhar na ho, aur Allah ki raza par mukammal razi raha jaye. Mushkilat aur takaleef ke bawajood, Allah par bharosa rakhte hue, behtareen tareeqe se sabr karna chahiye. Yeh hukm us waqt diya gaya jab kafir azaab ka mutalaba kar rahe the aur musalman mushkilat ka shikar the. Is sabr mein Allah ki madad aur nusrat ki ummeed rakhna shamil hai. Sabr-e-jameel ikhtiyar karne wala Allah ki nazron mein pasandeeda hota hai aur uske liye behtareen ajr ka waada hai. Yeh sabr imaan ki alamat hai.
Surah 70 : 6
اِنَّهُمْ یَرَوْنَهٗ بَعِیْدًا
Beshak woh usay bohot door samajhte hain.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala un logon ka zikr farma rahe hain jo Qayamat aur aakhirat ke din par yaqeen nahi rakhte. Woh is din ko bohot door aur na-mumkin samajhte hain. Unka yeh guman unki ghaflat, dunyawi zindagi mein magan rehne aur aakhirat ki tayyari se beparwai ki alamat hai. Woh apni nafsani khwahishat ki pairwi karte hue is haqeeqat ko jhutlate hain, jabke Allah Ta'ala ne is din ka waada kiya hai aur uski aamad yaqeeni hai.
Surah 70 : 7
وَّ نَرٰىهُ قَرِیْبًا
Aur hum usay qareeb dekhte hain.
Is Ayah mein Allah Ta'ala un logon ke guman ki tardeed farma rahe hain jo Qayamat ko door samajhte hain. Allah Ta'ala irshad farmate hain ke hum usay qareeb dekhte hain. Allah ke nazdeek waqt ka tasawwur insani tasawwur se mukhtalif hai. Jo cheez Allah ke ilm mein muqarrar hai aur jiska waqt aa chuka hai, woh uske liye qareeb hi hai, chahe insani hisab se usmein hazaron saal lag jayen. Har aane wali cheez qareeb hi hoti hai aur har woh cheez jo waqai hone wali ho, uske liye doori ka koi matlab nahi.
Surah 70 : 8
یَوْمَ تَكُوْنُ السَّمَآءُ كَالْمُهْلِ
Jis din aasman pighle hue taambe jaisa ho jayega.
Yeh Ayah Qayamat ke din ki holnakiyon aur tabahi ko bayan karti hai. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke us din aasman pighle hue taambe ya tel ki talchat jaisa ho jayega. 'Muhl' se murad pighla hua taamba, ya tel ki talchat, ya woh gandla pani jo garmi se ubal raha ho. Is tashbeeh se murad yeh hai ke aasman apni asal shakal kho dega, uski sakhti aur mazbooti khatam ho jayegi aur woh be-haiseeyat ho kar pighli hui dhaat ki tarah nazar aayega. Yeh manzar us din ki shiddat aur qayamat ki alamat hai.
Surah 70 : 9
وَ تَكُوْنُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ
Aur pahar dhunki hui rang-birangi oon ki tarah ho jayenge.
Is Ayah mein Qayamat ke din ki ek aur holnak tasveer pesh ki gayi hai. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke us din pahar dhunki hui rang-birangi oon ki tarah ho jayenge. 'Ihn' se murad rang-birangi oon hai. Jis tarah oon ko dhunka jata hai to woh halki ho kar hawa mein udne lagti hai, isi tarah Qayamat ke din pahar, jo apni mazbooti aur istiqamat ke liye mashhoor hain, apni asal shakal kho denge. Woh reza reza ho kar hawa mein udte phirenge aur unka wajood be-haqeeqat ho jayega. Yeh manzar us din ki zabardast tabahi aur har cheez ke fana hone ki nishani hai.
Surah 70 : 10
وَ لَا یَسْئَلُ حَمِیْمٌ حَمِیْمًا
Aur koi dost kisi dost ko nahi poochega.
Yeh Ayah Qayamat ke din ki shiddat aur har shakhs ki apni zaat mein masroofiyat ko bayan karti hai. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke us din koi qareebi dost kisi doosre dost ko nahi poochega. 'Hameem' se murad qareebi dost, rishtedar ya humdard hai. Us din ka khauf aur dehshat itni shadeed hogi ke har shakhs apni jaan ke liye pareshan hoga. Kisi ko itni fursat ya tawajjuh nahi hogi ke woh apne qareebi dost ya rishtedar ki khabar le. Har koi apne aamal ke hisab aur nijaat ki fikr mein hoga. Yeh is baat ki nishani hai ke us din sirf Allah ki rehmat aur apne nek aamal hi kaam aayenge.
Surah 70 : 11
یُّبَصَّرُوْنَهُمْؕ یَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ یَفْتَدِیْ مِنْ عَذَابِ یَوْمِئِذٍۭ بِبَنِیْهِۙ
Unhein ek doosre ko dikhaya jayega. Mujrim chahega ke us din ke azab se bachne ke liye apne beton ko fidiye mein de de.
Qayamat ke din jab log ek doosre ko dekhenge, to unki halat aisi hogi ke har shakhs apni jaan bachane ki fikr mein hoga. Is ayat mein mujrim ki us shadeed mayoosi aur be-basi ka zikr hai jab woh azab se bachne ke liye har qurbani dene ko tayyar hoga.
Woh chahega ke us din ke sakht azab se bachne ke liye apne sab se qareebi rishtedaron, yaani apne beton ko bhi fidiye mein de de. Yeh uski be-inteha ghabrahat aur azab ki shiddat ko zahir karta hai, jahan duniya ki har mohabbat aur rishta be-ma'ani ho jayega. Us din koi kisi ke kaam na aa sakega, aur har rooh apne aamal ke mutabiq badla payegi.
Surah 70 : 12
وَ صَاحِبَتِهٖ وَ اَخِیْهِۙ
Aur apni biwi ko aur apne bhai ko.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki wazahat hai, jahan mujrim ki be-basi aur azab se bachne ki koshish ko mazeed bayan kiya gaya hai. Woh sirf apne beton ko hi nahi, balkay apni biwi aur apne bhai ko bhi fidiye mein dene ko tayyar hoga. Duniya mein yeh rishte sab se qareebi aur aziz tareen hote hain, lekin Qayamat ke din inki koi ahmiyat nahi rahegi.
Har shakhs sirf apni zaat ke liye fikarmand hoga aur kisi doosre ki madad karne ya usay bachane ki taaqat nahi rakhega. Yeh manzar Qayamat ki holnakiyon aur azab ki shiddat ko wazeh karta hai, jahan insaan apne sab se pyaron ko bhi qurban karne par majboor ho jayega taake woh khud bach sake.
Surah 70 : 13
وَ فَصِیْلَتِهِ الَّتِیْ تُئْوِیْهِۙ
Aur apne us qabile ko jo usay panah deta tha.
Is ayat mein mujrim ki be-basi ka daayra mazeed wusat ikhtiyar karta hai. Woh sirf apne beton, biwi aur bhai ko hi nahi, balkay apne us qabile ko bhi fidiye mein dene ko tayyar hoga jo usay duniya mein panah deta tha aur jis par woh fakhr karta tha. Duniya mein qabila aur khandani taaqat insaan ke liye sahara aur hifazat ka zariya hoti hai.
Lekin Qayamat ke din, jab Allah ka azab nazil hoga, to koi qabila ya biradri kisi ko panah nahi de sakegi. Har shakhs tanha hoga aur apne aamal ka jawabdeh hoga. Yeh ayat is haqeeqat ko ujagar karti hai ke Allah ke azab ke muqablay mein duniya ki koi taaqat, koi rishta, aur koi jamaat kaam nahi aa sakti.
Surah 70 : 14
وَ مَنْ فِی الْاَرْضِ جَمِیْعًاۙ ثُمَّ یُنْجِیْهِۙ
Aur un sab ko jo zameen mein hain, taake yeh cheez usay bacha le.
Yeh ayat mujrim ki mayoosi aur azab se bachne ki aakhri hadd ko bayan karti hai. Woh chahega ke sirf apne rishtedaron ko hi nahi, balkay zameen par maujood har shakhs ko fidiye mein de de, taake yeh qurbani usay Allah ke azab se bacha le. Yeh uski be-inteha ghabrahat aur azab ki shiddat ka aaina dar hai.
Is se zahir hota hai ke Qayamat ka azab is qadar holnak hoga ke insaan us se bachne ke liye duniya ki har cheez aur har jaan ko qurban karne ko tayyar ho jayega. Lekin afsos, us din koi fidiya qabool nahi kiya jayega aur na hi koi kisi ko bacha sakega. Har rooh apne kiye ka phal payegi.
Surah 70 : 15
كَلَّاؕ اِنَّهَا لَظٰىۙ
Hargiz nahi! Beshak woh (aag) to bhadakti hui aag hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala mujrim ki un tamaam khwahishat aur koshishon ko do-took andaaz mein radd farmate hain. Lafz 'Kalla' (Hargiz nahi!) is baat ki wazahat karta hai ke azab se bachne ke liye koi fidiya, chahe woh kitna hi azeem kyun na ho, qabool nahi kiya jayega. Jahannam ki aag is qadar shadeed aur bhadakti hui hai ke us se bachne ka koi rasta nahi.
Is aag ko 'Laza' kaha gaya hai, jo uski shiddat, tezi aur jhulsa dene wali hararat ko zahir karta hai. Yeh aag sirf jism ko hi nahi, balkay roohon ko bhi jhulsa degi. Is ayat mein Jahannam ki haqeeqat aur uski holnakiyon ko bayan kiya gaya hai taake insaan duniya mein hi apne aamal ki islah kar le aur us dardnak anjaam se bachne ki koshish kare.
Surah 70 : 16
نَزَّاعَةً لِّلشَّوٰى
Khaal utaar dene wali.
Yeh Ayat Jahannum ki shadeed azab ki tasveer kheenchtay hue bayan karti hai ke woh aag jism ki khaal aur gosht ko utaar phenkne wali hogi. Is se murad Jahannum ki shiddat aur uski tabah kun quwwat hai jo insaan ke zahiri jism ko bhi nahi chhodegi. Yeh un logon ke liye ek sakht tanbeeh hai jo Allah ke ehkamaat se ghaflat barat'te hain. Is Ayat mein Jahannum ke azab ki haibat naak kefiyat ko wazeh kiya gaya hai taake log us se darr kar apni zindagi ko Allah ke bataye hue tareeqe par guzarein.
Surah 70 : 17
تَدْعُوْا مَنْ اَدْبَرَ وَ تَوَلّٰى
Woh unko bulayegi jinhon ne peeth phairi aur mun morra.
Yeh Ayat Jahannum ki ek aur khasusiyat bayan karti hai ke woh un logon ko apni taraf bulayegi jinhon ne dunya mein haq se peeth phairi aur Allah ke ehkamaat se mun morra. Is se murad woh log hain jinhon ne Islam ki dawat ko qabool nahi kiya, ya us par amal karne se inkaar kiya. Jahannum unke liye ek aisi jagah hogi jahan unke inkaar aur sarkashi ka badla diya jayega. Yeh Ayat is baat ki nishandahi karti hai ke aakhirat mein har amal ka hisab hoga aur Allah ki nafarmani karne walon ko uski saza zaroor milegi.
Surah 70 : 18
وَ جَمَعَ فَاَوْعٰى
Aur jama kiya aur sambhal kar rakha.
Is Ayat mein un logon ka zikr hai jinhon ne dunya mein maal o daulat ko jama kiya aur usay mehfooz rakha, lekin Allah ki raah mein kharch karne se gurez kiya. Yeh un logon ki sifat hai jo sirf dunya ki zindagi aur uski zeenat mein magan rehte hain aur aakhirat ki fikr nahi karte. Unhon ne maal ko jama kiya magar uske huqooq ada nahi kiye, na zakaat di aur na hi ghareebon par kharch kiya. Aise logon ka anjaam pichli Ayaton mein bayan kiye gaye Jahannum ke azab se jura hua hai, jahan unka jama kiya hua maal unke kisi kaam nahi aayega.
Surah 70 : 19
اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ خُلِقَ هَلُوْعًا
Beshak insaan bada be-sabr paida kiya gaya hai.
Is Ayat mein insaan ki fitri kamzori ko bayan kiya gaya hai ke usay 'haloo'a' yani be-sabr, jald baaz aur tang dil paida kiya gaya hai. Yeh insani fitrat ka ek pehlu hai jo usay mushkilat mein ghabrahat aur khushhali mein ghaflat ki taraf le jata hai. Is sifat ka zikr isliye kiya gaya hai taake insaan apni is kamzori ko pehchane aur usay durust karne ki koshish kare. Islam insaan ko sabr, shukr aur tawakkal ki taleem deta hai taake woh apni is fitri kamzori par qaboo pa sake aur Allah ki raza par raazi rahe.
Surah 70 : 20
اِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ جَزُوْعًا
Jab usko koi burai chhoo jaye to woh ghabra uthta hai.
Yeh Ayat pichli Ayat ki wazahat hai, jo bayan karti hai ke insaan ki 'haloo'a' sifat kis tarah zahir hoti hai. Jab usay koi burai, takleef ya musibat chhoo jati hai to woh foran ghabra uthta hai aur be-chain ho jata hai. Woh sabr kho deta hai aur Allah ki rehmat se mayoos hone lagta hai. Yeh insaan ki fitri kamzori hai ke woh mushkil waqt mein himmat haar deta hai. Islam is kefiyat ke bar-aks sabr aur Allah par bharose ki taleem deta hai, taake musibat mein bhi insaan ka dil mutma'in rahe aur woh Allah ki taraf rujoo kare.
Surah 70 : 21
وَّ اِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَیْرُ مَنُوْعًا
Aur jab usay khair (khush-hali) milti hai, to woh rokne wala ban jata hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala insan ki us fitrat ka zikr farmate hain jo uski kamzoriyon mein se ek hai. Jab usay Allah ki taraf se khair, maal-o-daulat, sehat, ya koi aur ne'mat milti hai, to woh usay doosron se rokne wala ban jata hai. Ya'ni, woh bukhl aur kanjoosi ka muzahira karta hai, aur Allah ki di hui ne'mat ko sirf apne liye mahfooz rakhna chahta hai. Yeh uski na-shukri aur khud-gharzi ki nishani hai. Pichli ayat mein uski be-sabri ka zikr tha jab usay takleef pahunchti hai, aur is ayat mein uski bukhl ka zikr hai jab usay khush-hali milti hai. Yeh dono fitri kamzoriyan hain jo insan ko Allah ke ahkamat se ghafil kar deti hain. Islam in kamzoriyon par qaboo pane ki talqeen karta hai taake insan ek mutawazan aur shukr-guzar zindagi guzar sake.
Surah 70 : 22
اِلَّا الْمُصَلِّیْنَ
Siwaye namaz parhne walon ke.
Yeh ayat pichli do ayaton (20 aur 21) mein bayan ki gayi insan ki fitri kamzoriyon se istisna'i surat bayan karti hai. Allah Ta'ala farmata hai ke woh log jo namaz parhne wale hain, woh is fitri kamzori se mustasna hain. Ya'ni, jab unhe koi takleef pahunchti hai to woh ghabrate nahi aur jab unhe khair milti hai to woh bukhl nahi karte. Iski wajah yeh hai ke namaz unke dilon ko Allah se jodti hai, unhe sabr aur shukr ki talqeen karti hai, aur unke andar Allah ke huqooq aur bandon ke huqooq ki adaigi ka ehsaas paida karti hai. Namaz insan ko be-sabri, ghabrahat aur bukhl jaisi buri aadaton se pak karti hai aur usay Allah ki raza ke mutabiq zindagi guzarne ki tarbiyat deti hai.
Surah 70 : 23
الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ عَلٰى صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُوْنَ
Jo apni namazon par hamesha qaim rehte hain.
Is ayat mein un namaziyon ki mazeed wazahat ki gayi hai jinhe pichli ayat mein istisna'i qarar diya gaya tha. Yeh woh log hain jo sirf namaz parhte hi nahi, balkay apni namazon par hamesha qaim rehte hain. 'Daimoon' ka matlab hai musalsal aur pabandi se namaz ada karna, waqt par, khushu' aur khuzu' ke saath. Yeh sirf farz namazon tak mehdood nahi, balkay nawafil aur Allah ki yaad mein har waqt mashghool rehna bhi is mein shamil hai. Aise log namaz ko sirf ek rasm nahi samajhte, balkay usay apni rooh ki ghiza aur Allah se rabte ka zariya banate hain. Is daimi pabandi ki wajah se unki shakhsiyat mein istiqamat, sabr aur Allah par tawakkul paida hota hai, jo unhe duniya ki mushkilat aur khush-hali dono mein mutawazan rakhta hai.
Surah 70 : 24
وَ الَّذِیْنَ فِیْۤ اَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُوْمٌ
Aur jinke amwal mein ek muqarrar haq hai.
Yeh ayat un namaziyon ki doosri sifaton mein se ek ko bayan karti hai jo insan ki fitri kamzoriyon se mustasna hain. Woh log jo namaz par pabandi karte hain, unki ek aur nishani yeh hai ke woh apne amwal mein Allah Ta'ala ka ek muqarrar haq tasleem karte hain aur usay ada karte hain. Is 'haq-e-ma'loom' se murad bunyadi taur par zakat hai, jo Islam ka ek farz rukun hai aur maal-o-daulat ko pak karta hai. Iske alawa, yeh haq un doosre sadqat ko bhi shamil hai jo musalman apni khushi se Allah ki raza ke liye kharch karte hain. Aise log bukhl se pak hote hain aur samajhte hain ke unka maal sirf unka nahi, balkay us mein Allah aur uske bandon ka bhi hissa hai. Maal mein Allah ka haq ada karna unke imaan ki alamat hai.
Surah 70 : 25
لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَ الْمَحْرُوْمِ
Sawal karne wale aur mahroom ke liye.
Is ayat mein pichli ayat (24) mein bayan kiye gaye 'haq-e-ma'loom' ke mustahiqeen ka zikr hai. Yeh haq khaas taur par sawaal karne wale (sa'il) aur mahroom (jo sawal nahi karta magar zarooratmand hai) ke liye hai. 'Sa'il' woh shakhs hai jo apni zaroorat ki wajah se logon se madad talab karta hai, jabke 'mahroom' woh shakhs hai jo ghareeb aur zarooratmand to hai, magar apni izzat-e-nafs ya sharm ki wajah se logon se sawal nahi karta. Islam ne aise logon ka khaas khayal rakhne ka hukm diya hai aur maaldaron par farz kiya hai ke woh aise logon ko talaash karein aur unki madad karein. Yeh amal bukhl ko khatam karta hai, muashre mein tawazun paida karta hai, aur insani hamdardi aur bhai-chare ko farogh deta hai.
Surah 70 : 26
وَ الَّذِیْنَ یُصَدِّقُوْنَ بِیَوْمِ الدِّیْنِ
Aur woh log jo Roz-e-Jaza ki tasdeeq karte hain.
Yeh ayat un momineen ki sifaton ko bayan karti hai jo Roz-e-Jaza (Qayamat) par pukhta yaqeen rakhte hain. Unka yaqeen sirf zubani iqrar tak mehdood nahi hota, balkay unke aamal aur zindagi ke har shobay mein iska asar numaya hota hai. Woh jante hain ke ek din unhe Allah ke huzoor apne har amal ka hisab dena hai. Is yaqeen ki wajah se woh duniya ki zindagi ko aakhirat ki tayyari ka zariya samajhte hain aur gunahon se parhez karte hain. Quran majeed mein kayi maqamat par Roz-e-Jaza ka zikr kiya gaya hai taake insaan apni zindagi ka maqsad samajh sake. Jaise Surah Al-Baqarah mein farmaya gaya hai: "Aur Allah se daro aur jano ke tum us se milne wale ho." (2:223) Yeh yaqeen insaan ko neki ki taraf raghib karta hai aur burai se rokta hai.
Surah 70 : 27
وَ الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِمْ مُّشْفِقُوْنَ
Aur woh log jo apne Rab ke azab se darte hain.
Is ayat mein momineen ki ek aur ahem siffat bayan ki gayi hai ke woh apne Rab ke azab se darte hain. Yeh khauf, Allah ki azmat aur uski qudrat ka natija hota hai, jo unhe har waqt Allah ki raza hasil karne ki koshish mein rakhta hai. Yeh dar sirf zahiri nahi hota balkay dil ki gehraiyon se hota hai, jo insaan ko gunahon se bachata hai aur Allah ki ita'at par ubharta hai. Woh jante hain ke Allah ka azab haq hai aur us se bachne ka wahid rasta taqwa aur parhezgari hai. Is khauf ki wajah se woh Allah ki hudood ka ehtiram karte hain aur uski nafarmani se bachne ki har mumkin koshish karte hain. Yeh khauf insaan ko ghaflat se nikal kar aakhirat ki fikr mein mubtala karta hai, aur usay hamesha apne aamal ka jaiza lene par amada karta hai. Quran mein farmaya gaya hai: "Aur Allah se daro jaisa ke us se darne ka haq hai." (3:102)
Surah 70 : 28
اِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَیْرُ مَاْمُوْنٍ
Beshak unke Rab ka azab aisi cheez nahi jis se be-khauf hua ja sake.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki mazeed wazahat hai, jismein farmaya gaya hai ke Allah ka azab aisi cheez nahi jis se be-khauf hua ja sake. Iska matlab yeh hai ke Allah ke azab se koi bhi shakhs, chahe woh kitna hi parhezgar kyun na ho, mukammal taur par mehfooz hone ka dawa nahi kar sakta. Har momin ko hamesha Allah ke azab ka khauf rakhna chahiye aur us se panah mangni chahiye. Yeh khauf insaan ko ghuroor aur takabbur se bachata hai aur usay hamesha tawazu aur inkesari ki halat mein rakhta hai. Is ayat mein un logon ko tanbeeh hai jo Allah ke azab ko halka samajhte hain ya us se ghafil ho jate hain. Allah Ta'ala ne Quran mein farmaya: "Kya woh Allah ki tadbeer se be-khauf ho gaye? Jabke Allah ki tadbeer se sirf ghafil log hi be-khauf hote hain." (7:99)
Surah 70 : 29
وَ الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ لِفُرُوْجِهِمْ حٰفِظُوْنَ
Aur woh log jo apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karte hain.
Is ayat mein momineen ki ek aur ahem siffat bayan ki gayi hai ke woh apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karte hain. Yeh pakdamani aur iffat ki alamat hai. Islam mein zina aur fahashi ko sakhti se haram qarar diya gaya hai. Sharmgahon ki hifazat ka matlab hai ke insaan har us amal se bache jo zina ya fahashi ki taraf le jaye, chahe woh nigahon ki be-hayai ho, ya baton ki be-baaki. Allah Ta'ala ne Quran mein farmaya: "Aur zina ke qareeb bhi na jao, beshak woh behayai hai aur bura raasta hai." (17:32) Is siffat ka hona ek momin ke kirdar ki pakeezgi aur uski roohani tarbiyat ki nishani hai. Yeh na sirf fard ko balkay poore muashre ko ikhlaqi bigaad se bachata hai.
Surah 70 : 30
اِلَّا عَلٰۤى اَزْوَاجِهِمْ اَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ اَیْمَانُهُمْ فَاِنَّهُمْ غَیْرُ مَلُوْمِیْنَ
Siwaye apni biwiyon ke ya un (bandiyon) ke jo unki milkiyat mein hon, to beshak un par koi malamat nahi.
Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki wazahat hai aur sharmgahon ki hifazat ke daire ko bayan karti hai. Is mein farmaya gaya hai ke momineen apni sharmgahon ki hifazat karte hain siwaye apni biwiyon aur un (bandiyon) ke jo unki milkiyat mein hon. In rishton mein sharmgah ki hifazat ka hukm lagu nahi hota, kyunke yeh shara'i taur par halal aur jayaz hain. Is surat mein un par koi malamat nahi. Is ayat se wazeh hota hai ke Islam mein jinsi taluqat sirf nikah ke bandhan ya shara'i milkiyat ke zariye hi jayaz hain. Iske ilawa har qism ka jinsi taluq haram hai. Yeh hukm insani nasl ki pakeezgi aur muashre mein ikhlaqi nizam ko barqarar rakhne ke liye nihayat zaroori hai. Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs apni sharmgah aur zuban ki hifazat ki zamanat de, main uske liye jannat ki zamanat deta hoon." (Bukhari, Kitab-ur-Riqaq, Hadees: 6474)
Surah 70 : 31
فَمَنِ ابْتَغٰى وَرَآءَ ذٰلِكَ فَاُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْعٰدُوْنَۚ
Jo koi is (jaiz tareeqe) ke ilawa kuch aur chahega, to aise log hadd se tajawuz karne wale hain.
Is Ayah mein un logon ke liye sakht tanbeeh hai jo Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se muqarrar karda hudood se tajawuz karte hain. Pichli Ayaton mein jaiz jinsi talluqat ka zikr tha jo sirf biwiyon aur milkiyat mein aayi hui laundiyon tak mehdood hain. Is Ayah mein farmaya gaya ke jo koi in do suraton ke ilawa kisi aur tareeqe se apni jinsi khwahishat poori karega, woh hadd se badhne wala aur Allah ke qanoon ko todne wala hoga.
Is mein zina, lūṭīpan (homosexuality), aur deegar haram tareeqe shamil hain. Islam mein jinsi paakeezgi aur taharat par bohot zor diya gaya hai. Jo shakhs in hudood ko paar karta hai, woh na sirf gunahgar hota hai balki apne nafs par bhi zulm karta hai. Allah Ta'ala ne insaan ke liye jo tareeqe muqarrar kiye hain, un mein hi khair aur barkat hai.
Surah 70 : 32
وَ الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ لِاَمٰنٰتِهِمْ وَ عَهْدِهِمْ رٰعُوْنَ۪ۙ
Aur woh log jo apni amanaton aur apne ahadon ki hifazat karte hain.
Yeh Ayah kamyab momineen ki ek aur sifāt bayan karti hai: amanaton aur ahadon ki hifazat karna. Amanat ka matlab sirf maal-o-dolat ya kisi ki cheez ki hifazat karna nahi, balki is mein har woh cheez shamil hai jo Allah Ta'ala ne insaan ko ata ki hai, jaise uski sehat, waqt, ilm, aur uske azaa (limbs). Deen ke ahkamat bhi amanat hain, jinhein poora karna zaroori hai.
Ahad se murad woh waade hain jo insaan Allah se karta hai (maslan iman lana aur uski itaat karna) aur woh waade jo woh doosre insano se karta hai. In waadon ko poora karna aur amanaton mein khayanat na karna, ek sache musalman ki pehchan hai. Nabi Akram (SAW) ne farmaya:
"Jis mein amanat nahi, us ka koi iman nahi, aur jis mein ahad ki pabandi nahi, us ka koi deen nahi." (Musnad Ahmad)
Is se amanat aur ahad ki ahmiyat wazeh hoti hai ke yeh iman aur deen ka bunyadi juzv hain.
Surah 70 : 33
وَ الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ بِشَهٰدٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُوْنَ۪ۙ
Aur woh log jo apni gawahi par qaim rehte hain (sachchi gawahi dete hain).
Is Ayah mein momineen ki ek aur ahem sifāt bayan ki gayi hai: sachchi gawahi dena aur us par qaim rehna. Islam mein adl-o-insaf ka qayam bohot zaroori hai, aur sachchi gawahi is ki bunyad hai. Allah Ta'ala ne Quran mein mukhtalif maqamat par sachchi gawahi dene ka hukm diya hai, chahe woh apne khilaf hi kyun na ho.
Gawahi ko chupana ya us mein tabdeeli karna bohot bada gunah hai. Gawahi ka matlab sirf adalat mein dena nahi, balki har us mauqe par sach bolna jahan sachai ki zaroorat ho, aur jhoot se parhez karna. Ek momin ki shaan yeh hai ke woh haq ka saath de, chahe us se uske apne rishtedaron ya doston ko nuqsan pahunche. Quran Surah An-Nisa Ayah 135 mein farmata hai: "Aye iman walo! Allah ke liye khoob qayam karne wale ho, insaf ke saath gawahi dene wale ho, agarche woh tumhare apne ya walidain aur rishtedaron ke khilaf hi kyun na ho."
Surah 70 : 34
وَ الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ عَلٰى صَلَاتِهِمْ یُحَافِظُوْنَؕ
Aur woh log jo apni namazon ki hifazat karte hain.
Yeh Ayah un momineen ki tareef karti hai jo apni namazon ki hifazat karte hain. Namaz Islam ka sutoon hai aur Allah Ta'ala se banday ke talluq ka sab se ahem zariya hai. Namaz ki hifazat ka matlab sirf namaz ada karna nahi, balki usay uske muqarrar waqt par, sahi tareeqe se, khushu-o-khuzoo ke saath, aur uske tamam faraiz-o-wajibat ke saath ada karna hai.
Is mein taharat ka khayal rakhna, waqt par masjid mein pahunchna (mard hazrat ke liye), aur namaz mein dil lagana shamil hai. Jo shakhs apni namazon ki hifazat karta hai, uski zindagi mein barkat aur sukoon aata hai. Nabi Akram (SAW) ne farmaya:
"Namaz deen ka sutoon hai, jis ne usay qaim kiya us ne deen ko qaim kiya aur jis ne usay chhod diya us ne deen ko gira diya." (Al-Bayhaqi)
Namaz ki pabandi insaan ko fahashi aur buraiyon se rokti hai.
Surah 70 : 35
اُولٰٓئِكَ فِیْ جَنّٰتٍ مُّكْرَمُوْنَؕ۠ ۧ ۧ
Yehi log jannaton mein izzat diye jayenge.
Yeh Ayah un tamam sifāt ka anjaam bayan karti hai jo pichli Ayaton (Ayah 22 se shuru hokar) mein bayan ki gayi hain. Jin logon mein yeh tamam khubiyan hongi, jaise namaz ki pabandi, amanaton aur ahadon ki hifazat, sachchi gawahi, aur jinsi paakeezgi, unhein Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se jannaton mein izzat aur ikram se nawaza jayega.
“Mukramoon” ka matlab hai jinhein izzat di jaye, jin ka ehtram kiya jaye. Yeh sirf jannat mein dakhle ki basharat nahi, balki wahan unhein khas martaba, izzat aur Allah ki rehmat aur nematain milengi. Yeh unki dunya mein ki gayi mehnat, sabr aur taqwa ka behtareen sila hoga. Jannat mein unhein har qism ki nematon ke saath-saath Allah Ta'ala ki raza aur deedar ka sharf bhi hasil hoga, jo sab se badi kamyabi hai.
Surah 70 : 36
فَمَالِ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِیْنَ
Toh kafiron ko kya ho gaya hai ke woh aap ki taraf daudte chale aa rahe hain,
Allah Ta'ala Rasoolullah (SAW) se mukhatib hokar kafiron ke haal par ta'ajjub ka izhar farma rahe hain. Yeh woh log hain jo aap (SAW) ki taraf tezi se aa rahe hain, lekin unka maqsad hidayat hasil karna nahi, balkay mazaaq urana aur inkar karna hai. Lafz 'muhṭi'īn' ka matlab hai gardan uthaye, tezi se daudte hue aana, ya ghaur se dekhna. Yahan murad hai ke woh aap (SAW) ki taraf is tarah aa rahe hain jaise kisi cheez ko ghaur se dekh rahe hon ya us par tanqeed kar rahe hon. Unka yeh rawaiya unki mukhalifat aur sarkashi ko zahir karta hai.
Surah 70 : 37
عَنِ الْیَمِیْنِ وَ عَنِ الشِّمَالِ عِزِیْنَ
Dahine aur baen se, giroh dar giroh.
Pichli ayat ke tasalsul mein, yeh ayat kafiron ke jama hone ke tareeqay ko bayan karti hai. Woh Rasoolullah (SAW) ki taraf dahine aur baen se, chote chote girohon (groups) ki shakal mein aa rahe hain. Lafz 'izīn' (عِزِیْنَ) 'izah' (عِزَة) ki jama hai, jiska matlab hai alag alag giroh ya jama'at. Is se unki bad-niyati aur mukhalifat ka izhar hota hai ke woh ek muttahid maqsad ke bajaye, mukhtalif simton se aakar sirf tanqeed aur inkar ka mahol paida kar rahe hain. Unka maqsad hidayat talash karna nahi, balkay sirf Islam aur Musalmanon ka mazaaq urana hai, jo unki gumrahi ki nishani hai.
Surah 70 : 38
اَیَطْمَعُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ اَنْ یُّدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِیْمٍ
Kya un mein se har shakhs yeh tawaqqo karta hai ke use ne'maton wali jannat mein dakhil kiya jaega?
Allah Ta'ala in kafiron ke ghalat guman par ta'ajjub ka izhar farma rahe hain. Jo log Rasoolullah (SAW) ka inkar karte hain, unka mazaaq urate hain, aur Islam ki mukhalifat karte hain, woh kis bunyad par yeh tawaqqo karte hain ke unhein ne'maton wali jannat mein dakhil kiya jaega? Yeh unki be-bunyad khwahish aur ghalat fehmi hai. Jannat sirf un logon ke liye hai jo Allah par iman laye, uske Rasool (SAW) ki pairwi ki, aur saleh aamal kiye. Kafir apne kufr aur shirk ki wajah se jannat ke mustahiq nahi ho sakte. Is ayat mein unki na-samjhi aur ghaflat ko wazeh kiya gaya hai.
Surah 70 : 39
كَلَّا اِنَّا خَلَقْنٰهُمْ مِّمَّا یَعْلَمُوْنَ
Har giz nahi! Beshak humne unhein us cheez se paida kiya hai jise woh jante hain.
Pichli ayat mein kafiron ki jannat mein dakhil hone ki tawaqqo ko Allah Ta'ala ne 'Kalla' (Har giz nahi) keh kar radd kar diya. Phir unki haqeeqat bayan ki ke "Humne unhein us cheez se paida kiya hai jise woh jante hain." Is se murad yeh hai ke insaan ko ek haqeer qatre (sperm) se paida kiya gaya hai. Is haqeer ibtida ko yaad dila kar Allah Ta'ala unhein unki asal auqat aur kamzori ka ehsas dila rahe hain. Jab unki paidaish ek mamooli cheez se hui hai, aur woh Allah ki qudrat ke samne kuch bhi nahi, toh woh kis bunyad par itna takabbur karte hain aur jannat ki be-ja tawaqqo rakhte hain? Is mein unke ghurur aur kufr ki mazammat hai.
Surah 70 : 40
فَلَاۤ اُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشٰرِقِ وَ الْمَغٰرِبِ اِنَّا لَقٰدِرُوْنَ
Toh main qasam khata hoon mashriqon aur maghribon ke Rab ki, beshak hum qadir hain,
Allah Ta'ala yahan apni qudrat-e-kamila par qasam kha rahe hain. Lafz 'Fa la uqsimu' (فَلَاۤ اُقْسِمُ) mein 'la' (لا) zaid hai, aur iska matlab hai "Main qasam khata hoon." Allah Ta'ala mashriqon aur maghribon ke Rab ki qasam kha rahe hain. 'Mashariq' aur 'Magharib' ki jama is baat ki taraf ishara karti hai ke suraj har din ek naye mashriq se nikalta hai aur ek naye maghrib mein ghuroob hota hai, yaani saal ke har din suraj ke tulu' aur ghuroob hone ke mukhtalif maqamat hote hain. Yeh sab Allah ki qudrat aur uske nizam-e-takween ki nishaniyan hain. Is qasam ke zariye Allah Ta'ala is baat ki ta'eed farma rahe hain ke woh har cheez par qadir hain, aur kafiron ko unke anjam tak pahunchane par bhi qadir hain.
Surah 70 : 41
عَلٰۤى اَنْ نُّبَدِّلَ خَیْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَ مَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوْقِیْنَ
Is baat par ke hum unse behtar logon ko unki jagah le aayen, aur hum kisi se sabqat le jaane wale nahi hain.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala apni kamil qudrat aur taaqat ka izhar farma rahe hain. Allah farmate hain ke woh jab chahe kisi qaum ko tabdeel kar sakta hai, aur unki jagah unse behtar logon ko la sakta hai. Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke Allah kisi bhi cheez se ajiz nahi, aur na hi koi uske irade ko rok sakta hai.
Allah ke liye yeh koi mushkil kaam nahi ke woh un logon ko, jo uski nafarmani karte hain, hata kar aise logon ko le aaye jo uske farmabardar hon. Is mein kuffar ke liye ek sangeen dhamki hai ke agar woh apni sarkashi se baaz na aaye to Allah unhe halak kar ke unki jagah dusri qaum ko le aayega jo uske ahkamat ki pairwi karegi. Allah ki qudrat behad hai aur woh har cheez par ghalib hai.
Surah 70 : 42
فَذَرْهُمْ یَخُوْضُوْا وَ یَلْعَبُوْا حَتّٰى یُلٰقُوْا یَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِیْ یُوْعَدُوْنَ
Pas unhe chhod do ke woh behas karte rahen aur khelte rahen, yahan tak ke woh apne us din ko pa len jiska unse waada kiya gaya hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala Nabi Akram ﷺ ko tasalli de rahe hain aur kuffar ke mutalliq irshad farma rahe hain ke unhe unki ghaflat aur beparwahi mein chhod do. Woh apni batil behason aur duniya ke khel-kood mein mashgool rahen. Unhe yeh mauqa diya ja raha hai taake woh apni had tak pahunch jaayen.
Lekin yeh halat hamesha nahi rahegi. Unka anjaam woh din hai jiska unse waada kiya gaya hai, yaani Qayamat ka din. Jab woh din aayega to unhe apni harkaton ka nateeja maloom ho jayega. Yeh ayat darasal un logon ke liye ek sangeen tanbeeh hai jo duniya ki ranginiyon mein kho kar aakhirat se ghafil ho jate hain aur Allah ke paigham ko mazaaq samajhte hain.
Surah 70 : 43
یَوْمَ یَخْرُجُوْنَ مِنَ الْاَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَاَنَّهُمْ اِلٰى نُصُبٍ یُّوْفِضُوْنَ
Jis din woh qabron se tezi se nikalenge, goya woh kisi nishan ki taraf daud rahe honge.
Yeh ayat Qayamat ke din ke haulnak manzar ko bayan karti hai. Jis din log apni qabron se tezi ke saath nikalenge, jaise woh kisi nishan ya maqsad ki taraf daud rahe hon. Lafz 'nusub' se murad woh nishan ya but bhi ho sakte hain jin ki woh duniya mein ibadat karte the, ya woh nishan jahan unhe hisab ke liye jama kiya jayega.
Is tezi aur be-ikhtiyari ka sabab yeh hoga ke woh Allah ke hukm ke paband honge aur unke paas bhagne ya chhipne ka koi rasta nahi hoga. Har taraf se unhe maidan-e-hashr ki taraf dhakela jayega. Yeh manzar un logon ke liye hai jo duniya mein Qayamat ka inkar karte the, ab woh apni aankhon se us din ki haqeeqat dekhenge.
Surah 70 : 44
خَاشِعَةً اَبْصَارُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ذٰلِكَ الْیَوْمُ الَّذِیْ كَانُوْا یُوْعَدُوْنَ
Unki nigahen jhuki hui hongi, un par zillat chha rahi hogi. Yahi woh din hai jiska unse waada kiya jata tha.
Is ayat mein Qayamat ke din kuffar ki bad-haali aur ruswai ka zikr hai. Unki nigahen jhuki hui hongi, sharmindagi aur khauf ke sabab woh apni nazren upar nahi utha sakenge. Un par har taraf se zillat aur be-izzati chha rahi hogi. Yeh unke kufr aur sarkashi ka nateeja hoga jo unhone duniya mein ikhtiyar ki thi.
Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke yahi woh din hai jiska unse duniya mein waada kiya jata tha, jis ka woh mazaaq udate the aur jise jhutlate the. Ab woh din unke samne haqeeqat ban kar aa gaya hai. Is ayat mein Qayamat ki yaqeeniyat aur us din ke anjaam ko wazeh kiya gaya hai, taake log is se ibrat hasil karen aur apni zindagi ko Allah ke ahkamat ke mutabiq guzaren.
