Surah At-Tariq ek Makki Surah hai aur iski Markazi Theme 'Insaan ki hifazat aur maut ke baad dobara zinda hona' hai. Surah ki shuruaat asman aur raat ko chamakne wale sitaray (At-Tariq) ki qasam se hoti hai, jis ke foran baad farmaya gaya ke koi nafs aisa nahi jis par Allah ki taraf se koi nigehban (farishta) muqarrar na ho. Ahkam aur naseehatein yeh hain: Insaan ko naseehat ki gayi hai ke woh ghaur kare ke use kis cheez se paida kiya gaya hai; woh ek uchhalne wale pani (nutfay) se paida hua hai jo peeth aur seene ki haddiyon ke darmiyan se nikalta hai. Allah farmata hai ke jo Zaat use pehli baar paida kar sakti hai, Woh use dobara zinda karne par bhi qadir hai. Qayamat ke din ko 'Yaum-ut-Tublas Sarair' (woh din jab chhupe hue raaz jaanche jayenge) kaha gaya hai. Surah ke aakhir mein barish barsane wale asman aur phatne wali zameen ki qasam kha kar Quran ke bare mein bataya gaya hai ke yeh ek 'Faisla-kun' (Al-Fasl) baat hai aur koi mazaaq nahi hai. Kuffar jo chaalein chal rahe hain, unke muqablay mein Allah ki apni tadbeer hai, isliye Nabi {صَلَّى اَللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ} ko farmaya gaya ke kafiron ko thodi muhlat de dein.
Surah 86 : 0
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Allah ke Naam se, jo bada Meherbaan, Nihayat Reham waala hai.
Yeh mubarak ayat har achhe kaam ki ibtida mein padhi jati hai, taake us kaam mein Allah Ta'ala ki barkat aur madad shamil ho. Is mein Allah ke do azeem sifati naam Ar-Rahman aur Ar-Rahim bayan kiye gaye hain. Ar-Rahman us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat tamam makhlooq ke liye aam hai, chahe woh momin ho ya kafir. Jabke Ar-Rahim us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat khaas taur par sirf momineen ke liye hai, khaas kar Aakhirat mein. Is tarah, Bismillah kehne se hum Allah ki wasee rehmat aur uski khaas shafqat dono ka iqrar karte hain, aur uski panah aur madad talab karte hain.
Surah 86 : 1
وَ السَّمَآءِ وَ الطَّارِقِ
Aasman ki qasam aur Tariq ki qasam.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala aasman ki qasam kha rahe hain aur uske baad 'At-Tariq' ki qasam kha rahe hain. 'At-Tariq' lughwi (linguistic) taur par us cheez ko kehte hain jo raat ko aaye ya raat ko darwaza khatkhatae. Yahan is se muraad woh cheez hai jo raat ke waqt zahir hoti hai aur uski ahmiyat ko ujaagar karti hai. Yeh qasam aane wali baat ki ahmiyat aur uski sachaai par zor dene ke liye hai.
Surah 86 : 2
وَ مَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ
Aur aap kya jaante hain ke Tariq kya hai?
Yeh ayat ek sawaliya andaaz mein hai jo 'At-Tariq' ki shaan aur uski haqqaniyat ko mazeed numaya karti hai. Allah Ta'ala Rasoolullah ﷺ se mukhatib hokar farmate hain ke aap kya jaante hain ke 'At-Tariq' kya hai? Is sawal ka maqsad yeh nahi ke aap ﷺ ko ilm nahi, balkay iska maqsad samaeen (listeners) ki tawajjuh ko is taraf mabzool karana hai ke 'At-Tariq' koi mamooli cheez nahi, balkay uski ek khaas shaan aur pehchan hai jo agle ayat mein bayan ki jayegi. Is tarah ke sawaliya andaaz Quran mein aksar kisi cheez ki azmat aur uski gehri hikmat ko bayan karne ke liye istemal hota hai.
Surah 86 : 3
النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ
Woh chamakta hua sitara hai.
Is ayat mein pichli ayat ke sawal ka jawab diya gaya hai. 'At-Tariq' se muraad 'An-Najmuth Thaqib' hai, yaani woh sitara jo raat ki tareeki ko cheer kar chamakta hai. 'Thaqib' ka matlab hai 'cheer dene wala' ya 'roshni se roshan kar dene wala'. Raat ki gehri tareeki mein jab koi sitara apni chamak se roshni bikherta hai, toh woh us tareeki ko cheer deta hai. Yeh sitare Allah Ta'ala ki qudrat ki nishaniyon mein se hain. In sitaron ki qasam kha kar Allah Ta'ala is haqeeqat ki taraf ishara kar rahe hain ke jis tarah yeh sitare tareeki ko roshan karte hain, usi tarah Quran ki ayatein bhi jahalat aur gumrahi ki tareeki ko ilm aur hidayat ki roshni se munawwar karti hain.
Surah 86 : 4
اِنْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَیْهَا حَافِظٌ
Har jaan par ek nigehbaan (farishta) muqarrar hai.
Pehli teen ayaton mein aasman aur chamakte sitare ki qasam khane ke baad, is ayat mein us haqeeqat ko bayan kiya gaya hai jis par yeh qasam khai gayi thi. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain ke har jaan par ek nigehbaan (hafiz) muqarrar hai. Is se muraad woh farishte hain jo Allah ke hukm se har insan ke aamal ko record karte hain, uski hifazat karte hain aur us par nigehbani karte hain. Yeh farishte insan ke har qaul aur har amal ko likhte hain, jiska hisab qayamat ke din liya jayega. Is ayat mein insan ko yeh ehsas dilaya ja raha hai ke woh kabhi tanha nahi hota aur uske tamam af'aal Allah ki nazar mein hain aur unka hisab liya jayega. Yeh baat insan ko apni zindagi mein zimmedari aur taqwa ikhtiyar karne ki targhib deti hai.
Surah 86 : 5
فَلْیَنْظُرِ الْاِنْسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ
Toh insan ko dekhna chahiye ke woh kis cheez se paida kiya gaya hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala insan ko apni paidaish par ghaur karne ki dawat de rahe hain. Insan ko hukm diya ja raha hai ke woh is baat par tawajjuh de ke woh kis cheez se paida kiya gaya hai. Is ghaur-o-fikr ka maqsad yeh hai ke insan apni haqeer ibtida ko yaad kar ke apni azmat aur takabbur ko tark kare aur Allah ki qudrat ka idraak kare. Jab insan apni paidaish ke mamooli zariye par ghaur karta hai, toh usay Allah Ta'ala ki be-panah qudrat ka ehsas hota hai, jo ek mamooli qatre se ek mukammal insan bana sakta hai. Yeh ghaur-o-fikr qayamat aur dobara uthaye jaane ki daleel bhi hai, kyunke jis zaat ne insan ko ibtida mein paida kiya, woh usay dobara bhi paida karne par qadir hai.
Surah 86 : 6
خُلِقَ مِنْ مَّآءٍ دَافِقٍۙ
Woh uchhalne wale paani se paida kiya gaya hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala insan ko uski ibtidai paidaish ki taraf mutawajjeh kar rahe hain. Insan ki takhleeq ek mamooli qatre se hui hai, jo mard aur aurat ke milap se banta hai. Yeh paani (nutfa) uchhalne wala hota hai, jo iski kamzori aur Allah ki qudrat ka nishan hai. Quran mein kayi maqamaat par is baat ka zikr kiya gaya hai, taake insan apni haqeeqat ko pehchane aur takabbur se bache. Is se Allah ki azmat aur uski qudrat ka izhar hota hai ke woh ek bejaan qatre se mukammal insan bana deta hai. Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke Allah har cheez par qadir hai aur uske liye koi kaam mushkil nahi.
Surah 86 : 7
یَّخْرُجُ مِنْۢ بَیْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَ التَّرَآئِبِؕ
Jo peeth aur seene ki haddiyon ke darmiyan se nikalta hai.
Is ayat mein nutfe ke makhraj ki wazahat ki gayi hai. 'Sulb' se murad mard ki peeth ki haddi (spine) hai aur 'Tara'ib' se murad aurat ke seene ki haddiyan (ribs/chest area) hain. Kuch mufassireen ne 'Tara'ib' ko mard ke seene ki haddiyan bhi kaha hai. Iska matlab yeh hai ke nutfa in dono ke darmiyan se nikalta hai, yaani jahan se jism ki bunyadi quwwat aur taaqat ka markaz hota hai. Yeh Allah ki qudrat ki ek aur nishani hai ke woh kis tarah ek chote se qatre ko jism ke gehre hisson se nikal kar zindagi ki bunyad banata hai. Modern science bhi is baat ki tasdeeq karti hai ke reproductive organs ka ta'alluq inhi ilaqon se hota hai, jo Quran ke is bayan ki gehrai ko zahir karta hai.
Surah 86 : 8
اِنَّهٗ عَلٰى رَجْعِهٖ لَقَادِرٌؕ
Beshak woh (Allah) use dobara paida karne par qadir hai.
Jab Allah Ta'ala insan ko ek mamooli qatre se paida karne par qadir hai, to uske liye use dobara paida karna kaun si mushkil baat hai? Yeh ayat qiyamat ke din dobara zinda kiye jaane ka saboot pesh karti hai. Jis zaat ne ibtida mein kuch na hone se sab kuch bana diya, woh zaat maut ke baad murda ajza ko ikattha karke dobara zindagi bakhshne par bhi mukammal qudrat rakhti hai. Is mein un logon ke liye naseehat hai jo dobara uthaye jaane ka inkar karte hain. Allah ki qudrat har cheez par haawi hai aur uske liye koi kaam namumkin nahi. Is ayat ka maqsad logon ko akhirat par yaqeen dilana aur uski tayyari ki taraf raghib karna hai.
Surah 86 : 9
یَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَآئِرُۙ
Jis din posheeda raaz zahir kiye jayenge.
Yeh ayat qiyamat ke din ki ek ahem haqeeqat bayan karti hai. 'Sarra'ir' se murad woh tamam posheeda baatein, niyyaten, irade aur amaal hain jo insan ne duniya mein chupa kar rakhe the. Qiyamat ke din Allah Ta'ala in sab raazon ko khol dega. Har shakhs ki haqeeqat, uski niyyat aur uske amaal ki asliyat sab ke samne aa jayegi. Is din koi cheez chupi nahi rahegi. Is se insan ko darna chahiye aur apne amaal aur niyyaton ko durust rakhna chahiye, kyunki Allah Ta'ala har posheeda cheez ko janta hai aur us din sab kuch zahir kar dega. Yeh din insaf ka din hoga jahan har amal ka hisab liya jayega.
Surah 86 : 10
فَمَا لَهٗ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ وَّ لَا نَاصِرٍؕ
Phir uske paas na koi quwwat hogi aur na koi madadgar.
Qiyamat ke din, jab tamam raaz zahir ho jayenge aur har shakhs apne amaal ke mutabiq hisab ke liye khada hoga, us waqt insan ke paas na to apni koi taaqat hogi jo use Allah ke azab se bacha sake, aur na hi koi madadgar hoga jo uski himayat kar sake. Duniya mein log apni taaqat, maal, rishtedaron ya doston par bharosa karte hain, lekin us din yeh sab bekar ho jayega. Sirf Allah ki rehmat aur uske fazal se hi nijat mil sakti hai. Is ayat mein insan ko duniya mein hi apni akhirat ki fikr karne aur Allah ki itaat karne ki targheeb di gayi hai, taake us din ki bebasi se bacha ja sake.
Surah 86 : 11
وَ السَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِۙ
Qasam hai barish barsane wale aasman ki,
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala aasman ki qasam kha rahe hain, jise "ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ" kaha gaya hai, yaani woh aasman jo barish ko baar baar lautata hai. Is se murad woh qudrati nizam hai jiske tehat pani samundaron se uper uthta hai, badal banta hai aur phir barish ki shakal mein zameen par wapas aata hai. Yeh cycle zameen par zindagi ke liye nihayat zaroori hai. Allah Ta'ala ne apni qudrat ki nishaniyon mein se ek azeem nishani ka zikr kiya hai. Is qasam ke zariye Allah Ta'ala insano ko apni qudrat aur tadbeer par gaur karne ki dawat de rahe hain. Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke jis zaat ne itna munazzam nizam banaya hai, woh Qayamat barpa karne aur murdon ko dobara zinda karne par bhi qadir hai. Is se Quran ke paigham ki sachaai par zor diya ja raha hai.
Surah 86 : 12
وَ الْاَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِۙ
Aur phatne wali zameen ki,
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala zameen ki qasam kha rahe hain, jise "ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ" kaha gaya hai, yaani woh zameen jo phatti hai. Is se murad woh zameen hai jo barish ke pani se serab hone ke baad phat kar us mein se nabatāt (vegetation) ugati hai. Jab beej zameen mein daale jaate hain, to woh zameen ko cheer kar bahar nikalte hain aur phir mukhtalif qism ke phal, sabziyan aur ghaas phoos paida karte hain. Yeh bhi Allah Ta'ala ki qudrat ki ek azeem nishani hai. Jis tarah murda zameen se zindagi nikal aati hai, isi tarah Allah Ta'ala murda insano ko bhi Qayamat ke din dobara zinda kar denge. Yeh qasamein Quran ki sachaai aur uske paigham ki ahmiyat ko ujaagar karti hain, ke yeh Allah ka kalaam hai aur is mein koi shak nahi.
Surah 86 : 13
اِنَّهٗ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌۙ
Beshak yeh (Quran) ek faisla kun baat hai,
Pichli do ayaton mein aasman aur zameen ki qasam khane ke baad, ab Allah Ta'ala is ayat mein Quran ki ahmiyat bayan farma rahe hain. "اِنَّهٗ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ" ka matlab hai ke yeh (Quran) ek faisla kun baat hai. Is se murad yeh hai ke Quran haq aur batil ke darmiyan wazeh farq karta hai. Yeh woh kalaam hai jo har masle ka hal pesh karta hai aur har shubhe ko door karta hai. Is mein koi gol mol baat nahi, balki har hukm, har khabar aur har waada do-tok aur wazeh hai. Yeh insaniyat ke liye hidayat ka sarchashma hai aur iske ahkamat qatai aur ghair mutabadil hain. Jo is par amal karega woh kamyab hoga aur jo is se munh morega woh nuqsan uthayega. Iski har baat haqeeqat par mabni hai aur is mein kisi qism ka shak-o-shubha nahi.
Surah 86 : 14
وَّ مَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِؕ
Aur yeh koi mazaaq nahi hai.
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala mazeed wazahat farma rahe hain ke yeh (Quran) koi mazaaq ya khel nahi hai. "وَّ مَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ" ka matlab hai ke yeh koi be-maqsad baat ya dil behlane wali kahani nahi. Balki yeh ek sanjeeda kalaam hai jo insaniyat ki hidayat aur uski akhirat ki falah ke liye nazil kiya gaya hai. Is mein jo ahkamat hain woh haq hain, jo khabrein hain woh sachi hain, aur jo waade aur waeede hain woh poore hone wale hain. Iski har baat mein hikmat aur gehrai hai. Lihaza, logon ko chahiye ke woh is par gaur karein, iske ahkamat par amal karein aur iski taleemat ko sanjeedgi se lein. Jo log isko mazaaq samajhte hain ya iski ahmiyat ko kam karte hain, woh darasal apni akhirat ko tabah kar rahe hain. Yeh kalaam zindagi aur maut ke faisle par mabni hai.
Surah 86 : 15
اِنَّهُمْ یَكِیْدُوْنَ كَیْدًاۙ
Beshak woh (kafir) chaalen chal rahe hain,
Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala kuffar ki saazishon ka zikr farma rahe hain. "اِنَّهُمْ یَكِیْدُوْنَ كَیْدًا" ka matlab hai ke beshak woh (kafir) chaalen chal rahe hain. Yeh un mushrikeen aur mukhalifeen ki taraf ishara hai jo Nabi Akram (SAW) aur Islam ke khilaf mukhtalif qism ki saazishein aur makr-o-fareb kar rahe the taake Islam ki dawat ko roken aur musalmanon ko takleef dein. Woh apni poori koshish kar rahe the ke is deen ko khatam kar dein. Lekin Allah Ta'ala unki har chaal se waqif hain aur unki saazishon ko nakam karne ki qudrat rakhte hain. Agli ayat mein iska jawab diya gaya hai ke Allah bhi tadbeer kar raha hai. Is se musalmanon ko tasalli di ja rahi hai ke unke dushman kitni bhi chaalen chal lein, Allah ki tadbeer sab par ghalib hai. Surah 86 : 16
وَّ اَكِیْدُ كَیْدًاۚۖ
Aur main bhi ek tadbeer kar raha hoon.
Is ayah mein Allah Ta'ala irshad farma rahe hain ke jis tarah kafir apni sazishon aur tadbeeron mein masroof hain, isi tarah main bhi apni tadbeer kar raha hoon. Yeh darasal kafiron ki sazishon aur unke mansoobon ka jawab hai. Allah ki tadbeer hamesha ghalib aur mukammal hoti hai, jabke insani tadbeeren naqis aur kamzor hoti hain.
Quran mein kai maqamat par Allah ne apni tadbeer ka zikr kiya hai, jaisa ke Surah Al-Anfal (8:30) mein farmaya gaya: "Aur jab kafir tumhare khilaf sazish kar rahe the taake tumhe qaid kar len ya qatl kar den ya mulk se nikal den, aur woh apni tadbeer kar rahe the aur Allah apni tadbeer kar raha tha, aur Allah sab se behtar tadbeer karne wala hai." Isse wazeh hota hai ke Allah ki tadbeer har tadbeer par bhari hai aur woh apne maqsad mein kamyab hoti hai.
Surah 86 : 17
فَمَهِّلِ الْكٰفِرِیْنَ اَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَیْدًا۠ ۧ ۧ
Pas kafiron ko thodi si mohlat de dijiye, unko thodi der ke liye chhod dijiye.
Is ayah mein Allah Ta'ala apne Nabi Muhammad (PBUH) ko hukm de rahe hain ke kafiron ko thodi si mohlat di jaye. "Famahhil" aur "amhilhum" dono ka matlab mohlat dena hai, aur "ruwaidan" ka matlab hai thodi der ke liye ya ahista ahista. Is mein kafiron ke liye ek dhamki aur waeed hai ke unka anjaam qareeb hai, lekin Allah unko apni sarkashi se baaz aane ka mauqa de raha hai.
Yeh mohlat is liye di ja rahi hai taake un par hujjat tamam ho jaye aur woh apni ghaflat se bedar ho saken. Lekin agar woh apni kufr aur inkar par qaim rahenge, to unka anjaam nihayat dardnak hoga. Yeh ayah Surah Al-Muzzammil ki aakhri ayah hai, aur is mein Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi (PBUH) ko tasalli di hai ke woh ghamgeen na hon, Allah unke dushmano se khud niptenge. "Aur jo log kufr karte hain, unko thodi der ke liye faida uthane do, phir unka thikana jahannum hai, aur woh buri jagah hai." (Surah Luqman 31:24) Is tarah ki mohlat aksar Allah ki taraf se aazmaish aur imtehan hoti hai.
