Surah Ash-Sharh (jisay Surah Inshirah bhi kehte hain) ek Makki Surah hai jis mein Allah ne Nabi Kareem {صَلَّى اَللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ} par apne makhsoos ehsanat ka zikr kiya hai. Is Surah ki Markazi Theme 'Ghamon se najaat aur dawat-e-deen mein asani' hai. Allah farmata hai ke 'Kya Hum ne Aap ki khatir Aap ka seena nahi khol diya?' aur Aap ka woh bojh utaar diya jisne Aap ki kamaar tod rakhi thi. Ismein Nabi {ص} ki azmat ka zikr hai ke Allah ne unka zikr (naam) buland kar diya. Sab se badi tasalli is aayat mein di gayi hai ke 'Bila-shuba har mushkil ke sath asani hai'. Ahkam aur naseehatein yeh hain ke jab ek kaam se farigh hon to doosre (ibadat) mein lag jayein aur apne Rabb hi ki taraf dil lagayein. Yeh Surah batati hai ke mushkilat waqti hain aur Allah apne bandon ke liye raaste asan kar deta hai.

Surah 94 : 0

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Allah ke Naam se, jo bada Meherbaan, Nihayat Reham waala hai.

Allah ke Naam se Ibtida ki Fazilat

Yeh mubarak ayat har achhe kaam ki ibtida mein padhi jati hai, taake us kaam mein Allah Ta'ala ki barkat aur madad shamil ho. Is mein Allah ke do azeem sifati naam Ar-Rahman aur Ar-Rahim bayan kiye gaye hain. Ar-Rahman us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat tamam makhlooq ke liye aam hai, chahe woh momin ho ya kafir. Jabke Ar-Rahim us zaat ko kehte hain jiski rehmat khaas taur par sirf momineen ke liye hai, khaas kar Aakhirat mein. Is tarah, Bismillah kehne se hum Allah ki wasee rehmat aur uski khaas shafqat dono ka iqrar karte hain, aur uski panah aur madad talab karte hain.

Surah 94 : 1

اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَۙ

Kya humne aap ke liye aap ka seena khol nahi diya?

Seene Ki Kushadgi

Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala apne Nabi Muhammad (SAW) par kiye gaye ehsanat ka zikr farma rahe hain. 'Seena khol dena' se murad aap (SAW) ke qalb (dil) ko Islam, hikmat aur noor-e-ilahi ke liye wus'at aur kushadgi ata karna hai. Yeh nabuwwat ki bunyadi shart thi, taake aap (SAW) Allah ke paighamat ko mukammal taur par qabool kar saken aur unhe logon tak pahunchane ki azim zimmedari ko ba-khoobi anjam de saken. Iska matlab roohani aur zehni tayyari hai, jis se aap (SAW) har mushkil aur pareshani ka muqabla sabr aur isteqamat ke saath kar saken.

Yeh Allah ki khaas rehmat thi jo aap (SAW) ko ata ki gayi, jis se aap (SAW) ka dil har qism ki tangi, shaq aur waswason se pak ho gaya aur aap (SAW) hidayat ke noor se munawwar ho gaye.

Surah 94 : 2

وَ وَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَۙ

Aur humne aap se aap ka bojh utaar diya.

Bojh Ka Utarna

Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi Akram (SAW) par ek aur ehsan ka zikr kiya hai, woh hai aap (SAW) se aap ka 'wizr' yaani bojh utaar dena. Yeh bojh kayi maynon mein ho sakta hai. Ek mayne mein, yeh nabuwwat ki zimmedari ka sangin bojh tha, jo insaniyat ki hidayat aur islah ka azim farz tha. Doosre mayne mein, yeh aap (SAW) ki paidaish se pehle aur baad ke zamane mein jahiliyat aur gumrahi ke sabab aap (SAW) ke dil par jo gham aur fikr thi, usko door karna tha.

Allah Ta'ala ne aap (SAW) ko is bojh se nijaat di, aap (SAW) ke liye deen ki dawat ko aasan banaya, aur aap (SAW) ko mukammal kamyabi aur fatah ata farmai. Is bojh ka utarna aap (SAW) ke liye ek roohani aur zehni sukoon ka ba'is bana, jis se aap (SAW) apni risalat ke faraiz ko behtar tareeqe se anjam de saken.

Surah 94 : 3

الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَۙ

Jisne aap ki kamar tod di thi.

Kamar Tod Dene Wala Bojh

Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki mazeed wazahat karti hai aur us bojh ki shiddat ko bayan karti hai jise Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi Akram (SAW) se utaar diya. 'Jisne aap ki kamar tod di thi' se murad yeh hai ke woh bojh itna bhari aur takleef deh tha ke uski wajah se aap (SAW) ko shadeed zehni aur roohani dabao mehsoos hota tha. Yeh bojh sirf nabuwwat ki zimmedari tak mehdood nahi tha, balki is mein qaum ki gumrahi, unki mukhalifat, aur deen ki dawat mein pesh aane wali mushkilat bhi shamil thin.

Allah Ta'ala ne apni khaas rehmat se is bojh ko aap (SAW) se hata diya, aap (SAW) ke liye raaste hamwar kiye, aur aap (SAW) ko dawat-e-deen mein kamyabi ata farmai. Isse aap (SAW) ko itminan aur sukoon mila, aur aap (SAW) mazeed tawajjuh ke saath apni risalat ke faraiz anjam de saken.

Surah 94 : 4

وَ رَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَؕ

Aur humne aap ke zikr ko buland kar diya.

Zikr Ki Bulandi

Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi Akram (SAW) par ek aur azeem ehsan ka zikr kiya hai, woh hai aap (SAW) ke zikr (yaad) ko buland karna. Iska matlab yeh hai ke Allah Ta'ala ne aap (SAW) ke naam aur martabe ko duniya aur akhirat mein har jagah buland kar diya hai. Aap (SAW) ka naam Allah ke naam ke saath adhan, iqamat, kalimah-e-shahadat aur tashahhud mein zikr hota hai. Koi bhi shakhs Allah ki wahdaniyat ka iqrar us waqt tak nahi kar sakta jab tak woh Muhammad (SAW) ki risalat ka iqrar na kare.

Yeh bulandi sirf zaban tak mehdood nahi, balki aap (SAW) ki taleemat, sunnat aur seerat ko qayamat tak zinda rakha gaya hai. Duniya ke har hisse mein aap (SAW) par durood-o-salam bheja jata hai. Yeh Allah ki taraf se aap (SAW) ke liye ek azeem izzat aur martaba hai jo kisi aur nabi ko is shaan se ata nahi hua.

Surah 94 : 5

فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًاۙ

Pas yaqeenan mushkil ke saath aasani hai.

Mushkil Ke Saath Aasani

Yeh ayat Surah Al-Inshirah ki bunyadi taleem aur musalmanon ke liye tasalli ka paigham hai. Allah Ta'ala ne is mein wazeh taur par farmaya hai ke har mushkil (usar) ke saath aasani (yusr) zaroor aati hai. Lafz 'ma'a' (saath) is baat par zor deta hai ke aasani mushkil ke baad nahi, balki uske saath hi hoti hai, yaani mushkil ke dauran bhi aasani ke pehlu maujood hote hain ya uske fauran baad aasani ka zahoor hota hai.

Yeh ayat Nabi Akram (SAW) ko unki dawat-e-deen mein pesh aane wali mushkilat ke baad kamyabi aur fatah ki basharat deti hai. Isi tarah, yeh har momin ke liye ek umeed ka paigham hai ke zindagi mein kitni bhi sakhtiyan aur azmaishain kyun na aaen, Allah Ta'ala apni rehmat se unke baad aasaniyan paida karte hain. Is ayat ko do baar dohrana iski takeed aur yaqeen-dahani ke liye hai, taake insaan sabr aur shukr ke saath mushkilat ka muqabla kare.

Surah 94 : 6

اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًا

Beshak mushkil ke saath aasani hai.

Mushkil ke Baad Aasani

Is mubarak ayat mein Allah Ta'ala musalmanon ko aur khaas taur par Nabi Kareem (SAW) ko tasalli de rahe hain ke har mushkil ke baad aasani zaroor aati hai. Yeh Allah ka pakka waada hai jo kabhi jhoota nahi hota. Pichli ayat (Ayah 5) ke saath milakar dekha jaye to iski taakeed aur badh jaati hai, jahan Allah ne farmaya ke aap ke liye aakhirat duniya se behtar hai. Mushkil aur aasani ka yeh qanoon zindagi ke har shobay mein nafiz hota hai. Nabi Kareem (SAW) ki zindagi mein bhi iski kayi misalein milti hain, jahan sakht mushkilat ke baad Allah ne aasaniyan paida farmai, jaise Makki daur ki sakhtiyon ke baad Madinah mein Islam ko taqat mili. Is se sabar aur shukr ki talqeen milti hai.

Surah 94 : 7

فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ

Pas jab aap (ek kaam se) farigh ho jayen to doosre kaam mein lag jayen.

Faraghat ke Baad Mehnat aur Ibadat

Is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala Nabi Kareem (SAW) ko aur unke zariye ummat ko hidayat de rahe hain ke jab aap ek kaam se farigh ho jayen to fauran doosre kaam mein lag jayen. Iska matlab yeh hai ke musalman ko kabhi bekar nahi rehna chahiye. Jab duniya ke mamlaat se farigh hon to ibadat mein mashgool ho jayen, aur jab ibadat se farigh hon to deen ki dawat ya halal rozi kamane mein lag jayen. Yeh ayat musalsal mehnat, lagan aur waqt ke sahih istemal ki talqeen karti hai. Imam Qatadah (RA) farmate hain ke jab aap apni namaz se farigh ho jayen to Allah se dua mein koshish karein. Yeh zindagi mein musalsal koshish aur Allah ki raza hasil karne ki taraf ishara hai, taake koi lamha bekar na guzre.

Surah 94 : 8

وَ اِلٰى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ

Aur apne Rab hi ki taraf raghbat karein.

Sirf Allah ki Taraf Ruju aur Tawakkul

Yeh ayat pichli ayat ki takmeel hai aur uske mafhoom ko mazeed wazeh karti hai. Jab aap ek kaam se farigh hokar doosre kaam mein lag jayen, to aapki tamam raghbat, umeed aur tawajjuh sirf aur sirf Allah Ta'ala ki taraf honi chahiye. Har kaam mein Allah ki raza aur uski khushnoodi maqsad honi chahiye. Duniya ki cheezon ya logon se umeed lagane ke bajaye, sirf Allah se hi umeed rakhi jaye aur usi par bharosa kiya jaye. Is mein tawakkul aur ikhlas ki talqeen hai. Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya: "Jab tum sawal karo to Allah se sawal karo, aur jab madad talab karo to Allah se madad talab karo." (Tirmidhi, Hadith 2516) Yeh ayat banday ko sirf Allah par bharosa karne aur usi se apni hajat talab karne ki hidayat deti hai, kyunki wahi har cheez par qadir hai.
